Mahogany Homes is the cost-efficient way to train Construction. Instead of burning millions building and destroying furniture in your POH, you complete repair contracts across Gielinor for a fraction of the cost - earning solid XP rates alongside Carpenter Points for the Construction outfit, Plank Sack, and other rewards. ARKConstruction makes it fully autonomous.

ARKConstruction handles the entire contract loop: accepting assignments, teleporting to clients, completing repairs, banking for supplies, and turning in for rewards. All four contract tiers (Beginner through Expert) across all 12 client locations in Falador, Ardougne, Hosidius, and Varrock.

Start from level 1 Construction - the script purchases your first house, completes the Construction tutorial, and relocates your POH to the optimal location automatically.

Progressive Mode automatically upgrades your contract tier as you level - with configurable budget controls so you’re not burning through Mahogany Planks when Oak would suffice.

📦 Hands-Off Supply Management

Never manually restock again.

• Grand Exchange Integration - Automatically purchases planks, steel bars, and teleport items when supplies run low. Configurable buy limits and price thresholds.
• Plank Sack Handling - Automatically fills, empties, and manages your Plank Sack for maximum inventory efficiency per trip.
• Supply Crate Processing - Opens reward crates automatically and sells contents when profitable—passive income while you train.

📞 NPC Contact: Skip the Clerk Runs

Other scripts make you run back to a contract clerk after every job. ARKConstruction supports Lunar Spellbook’s NPC Contact spell to grab new contracts from anywhere on the map.

The difference? ARKConstruction handles rune management and spellbook switching automatically - no manual rune pouch setup required. The script manages your rune supply and switches spellbooks as needed.

🏡 Adapts to Your POH

ARKConstruction doesn’t force a specific teleport setup. It uses whatever you have available:

• House Teleport Tablets or the spell
• Mounted Xeric’s Talisman
• Glory Amulets (worn or mounted)
• Jewellery Box (any tier)

Configure your preferences and the script optimizes routing automatically.

🎭 Account-Unique Behavior

Generic antiban isn’t enough. ARKConstruction uses seeded randomization so each account develops its own behavioral fingerprint:

• Personalized Purchase Amounts - Buy quantities vary per account
• Unique Timing Thresholds - When to bank, restock, and break - all seeded per account
• Randomized Stop Conditions - Target levels and point goals vary slightly to avoid predictable cutoffs
• Micro-breaking - Natural pause patterns integrated throughout sessions
• Fatigue Simulation - Activity patterns shift over extended runtime

Two accounts running ARKConstruction won’t behave identically.

Every feature can be enabled, disabled, or fine-tuned to your preferences:

• Auto-Reward Purchasing - Choose to have the script automatically buy and equip Plank Sack, Carpenter’s Outfit pieces, Amy’s Saw, or Hosidius Blueprints as you earn points.
• ARKMule Integration - Optionally connect to ARKMule to automatically transfer GP to your main account.
• Membership Management - Enable automatic bond purchasing and redemption when membership runs low - or leave it off entirely.
