Refund Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases of TRiBot Membership (VIP) Premium. If you are not satisfied with your TRiBot Membership purchase, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase.

We offer a flexible, case-by-case refund policy for Script purchases. Scripts will be refunded if:

  • There is a critical bug/flaw in the script that is not fixed within 5 days after it is brought to the attention of the script author.
  • There is a critical bug/flaw in a script that you purchased no more than 3 days before the bug/flaw manifests.
  • The script author authorizes a refund.
  • We determine that a refund is warranted for reasons not covered in this list.

Refund Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds to users solely for the reason that they got banned or locked from RuneScape. It is the responsibility of the user to follow safe botting practices to avoid getting banned from the game.
  • Refunds for long term script purchases (3+ months) will always be determined on a case-by-case basis. Script flaws/bugs will be taken into account. No refunds will be given after authorization expires.
  • Refunds for single-day purchases will always be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Purchases made with cryptocurrency can only be refunded for store credit.
