Quick Start

Fastest way to start: Use the Ez-Add 1-99 preset for an automatic training path.

  1. Prepare your bank with planks (or GP for GE Restocking), hammer, and saw
  2. Start the script and open the GUI
  3. Click Ez-Add and select "Standard 1-99 (Recommended)"
  4. Enable GE Restocking if you want the script to buy supplies automatically
  5. Click Start - the script will train Construction from your current level to 99

Manual setup (single furniture):

  1. Select your Furniture type (e.g., Oak Larder)
  2. Choose a Supply Method (Auto is recommended)
  3. Configure stop conditions in Advanced Settings if desired
  4. Click Start

Script Arguments

Load a saved settings profile by passing the profile name as a script argument:

MyProfile

This loads <tribot-folder>/nScripts/NConstructor/settings/MyProfile.ini and starts immediately without showing the GUI. Useful for automation and automatically starting scripts on clients.

Additional options:

  • last - Load the most recently used settings
  • Profiles saved to nScripting.com Settings Storage can also be loaded by name

Items Needed

With GE Restocking enabled: You only need coins - the script will buy all supplies automatically.

Without GE Restocking:

  • Hammer
  • Saw (regular)
  • Coins (for butler wages or Phials)
  • Planks for your furniture type (regular, oak, teak, or mahogany)
  • Nails (any type) - only for low-level furniture (levels 1-9)
  • Bolts of cloth (2) - only for Oak bed
  • Mythical cape - only for Mounted mythical cape (untradeable)

How It Works

The script follows a build-remove cycle inside your Player-Owned House:

  1. Banks for supplies - Gets hammer, saw, planks, and coins
  2. Enters your house - Uses house teleport tablet if available
  3. Enables building mode - Required to build/remove furniture
  4. Builds the room - Creates the required room if it doesn't exist
  5. Builds furniture - Interacts with the hotspot, selects furniture
  6. Removes furniture - Clears the spot for another build
  7. Repeats until out of planks, then restocks

Automated Setup

The script handles many setup tasks automatically so you can start training with minimal preparation:

  • Purchases a house if you don't own one yet (requires 1,000 gp)
  • Relocates your house to Rimmington automatically when using Phials method
  • Builds bedrooms with beds when needed for butler support (2 bedrooms required)
  • Hires and upgrades butlers from the Servants' Guild when "Auto-hire butler" is enabled
  • Builds required rooms for your selected furniture (Kitchen, Dining Room, Superior Garden, etc.)
  • Restocks supplies from the Grand Exchange when running low (if GE Restocking enabled)
  • Requests coins from mule when configured in Advanced Settings (Muling section)

This means you can start with just coins in your bank and the script will set everything up.

Supply Methods

Auto (Recommended): Automatically detects if you have a butler hired. Uses butler if available, otherwise falls back to Phials.

Butler: The butler fetches planks from your bank while you build. This is faster than Phials but requires:

  • Construction level 40+ (Butler) or 50+ (Demon Butler)
  • Two bedrooms with beds in your house
  • Coins to pay the butler's wage

The script can automatically hire and upgrade butlers via the "Auto-hire butler" option.

Phials: Uses Phials in Rimmington to unnote planks. Costs 5gp per plank. Your house must be located in Rimmington for this method.

Progressive Mode

Train through multiple furniture types automatically based on level thresholds.

Using Progressive Mode:

  1. Enable "Use Progressive Mode"
  2. Add entries manually OR use Ez-Add for a preset path
  3. Each entry has a furniture type and stop condition (usually a target level)
  4. The script progresses through entries as you level up

Ez-Add Presets:

Preset Path
Standard 1-99 Crude chair → Wooden bookcase → Wooden larder → Oak larder → Mahogany table → Gnome bench
Budget 1-99 Crude chair → Wooden bookcase → Wooden larder → Oak larder to 99

Settings Reference

Main Settings

Furniture Select the furniture to build. Each type requires specific planks and levels.

Supply Method

  • Auto - Detects butler, uses butler if hired, otherwise Phials
  • Butler - Uses butler to fetch planks from bank (faster)
  • Phials - Unnotes planks in Rimmington (5gp per plank)

Use Progressive Mode Enable to train through multiple furniture types based on level thresholds.

Progression List When progressive mode is enabled, this shows your training path. Use Add/Remove/Update buttons to manage entries, or Ez-Add for presets.

GE Restocking Automatically buy planks and supplies from the Grand Exchange when running low.

Auto-hire Butler Automatically hire a butler (or upgrade to demon butler) when your Construction level allows.

Reaction Times Adds human-like delays after game events. Disable for maximum speed. The scale slider controls delay intensity (0% = instant, 100% = full delays).

Advanced Settings

Fast Build Uses keyboard shortcuts (number keys) to select furniture from the build menu instead of clicking. Faster than mouse interaction.

Standard settings for antiban, AFK behavior, breaks, stop conditions, and Discord notifications are also available in the Advanced tab - hover over options for details.

Supported Furniture

Furniture Level Planks XP Room
Crude wooden chair 1 2 Regular + 2 nails 58 Parlour
Wooden bookcase 4 4 Regular + 4 nails 115 Parlour

Notes:

  • Low-level furniture (levels 1-9) requires nails which can break during building
  • Mounted mythical cape requires completion of Dragon Slayer II and returns the cape when removed
  • Gnome bench alternates between two hotspots for faster training

Troubleshooting

"Progressive mode is enabled but no progression entries are configured"

Cause: You enabled Progressive Mode but didn't add any entries to the progression list.

Fix: Either add entries manually using the Add button, use Ez-Add for a preset path, or disable Progressive Mode if you only want to build one furniture type.

"Out of supplies: [item]"

Cause: You ran out of planks, coins, or other required items and GE Restocking is disabled.

Fix: Enable GE Restocking in the main GUI, or manually add more supplies to your bank.

"Not enough coins to pay butler"

Cause: You don't have enough coins in your inventory to pay the butler's wage.

Fix: Ensure you have at least 5,000 coins (Butler) or 10,000 coins (Demon Butler) in your bank. The butler charges every 8 trips.

"Could not find hotspot '[name]' for [furniture]"

Cause: The required room doesn't exist in your house, or the furniture hotspot can't be found.

Fix: The script will automatically build required rooms if you have the Construction level and coins. Ensure you have enough coins in your bank for room costs (1,000-75,000 gp depending on room type).

"Not enough coins to build [room]"

Cause: You don't have enough coins to pay for building a new room in your house.

Fix: Add more coins to your bank. Room costs range from 1,000 gp (Parlour) to 75,000 gp (Superior Garden).

"Could not find butler"

Cause: Using butler method but no butler is hired, or butler can't be found in your house.

Fix: Enable "Auto-hire butler" in settings, or manually hire a Butler or Demon Butler from the Servants' Guild in East Ardougne.

"Cannot GE restock untradeable item"

Cause: A furniture requires an untradeable item (like the Mythical cape) that can't be bought from the GE.

Fix: Obtain the required item manually. For Mythical cape, complete Dragon Slayer II and buy from the Myths' Guild.

"Current butler type is not supported"

Cause: You have a servant hired that isn't a Butler or Demon Butler (e.g., a Cook or Maid).

Fix: Enable "Auto-hire butler" in settings to automatically hire a supported butler, or manually fire your current servant and hire a Butler (level 40+) or Demon Butler (level 50+) from the Servants' Guild in East Ardougne.

"Out of coins for Phials"

Cause: Using Phials method but you don't have enough coins to unnote planks (5 gp per plank).

Fix: Add more coins to your bank.

Getting Help

If you run into issues not covered in Troubleshooting:

  1. Generate a bug report - In TRiBot: Dev Tab → Generate Bug Report (includes logs, settings, and screenshot)
  2. Post on Discord - Share the zip and describe what happened vs. what you expected at discord.gg/BFtypSSbjp

For issues that are hard to capture in a screenshot, a short screen recording helps.

Tips

  • Use the demon butler when possible - it's significantly faster than the regular butler (7.2s trips vs 12s) and carries more planks (26 vs 20).

  • Build a bell-pull in your house to easily summon your butler if they get stuck or you lose track of them.

  • Gnome benches at 77+ offer the fastest XP rates by alternating between two seating spaces in a Superior Garden, though it's more click-intensive than mahogany tables.

  • Mounted mythical cape at level 47 is cost-efficient because you get 123 XP per teak plank instead of the usual 90, effectively saving ~27% on plank costs.

  • Enable Fast Build in Advanced Settings to use keyboard shortcuts (number keys) for selecting furniture, which speeds up the build menu interaction.

  • GE Restocking auto-limits purchases based on your stop conditions - if you set a stop at level 70, it won't buy supplies for 1-99.
