Already Running Max Instances Error

You can only run as many instances of a script as you have purchased. If this error appears and you know that you're not running your max already, then you might have a "ghost" instance where our server thinks you're still running an instance even though you're not.

In this case, the instance will automatically timeout after 15 minutes and you can run your new script. Alternatively, you can kill the instance manually in your Instance Manager.

I'm not happy with my script purchase

If you're having trouble with your purchased script, please first attempt to get script support.

If your script issue persists and you can't get in contact with the script developer, you can contact Tribot Support for a refund. Keep in mind that refunds are issued in accordance to our refund policy.

I didn't complete my order but my store credit is gone

Your store credit is on hold until the order is completed or times out. Please wait up to 3 hours for your credit to be released if you did not complete the order.

My crypto purchase is done but my order is still pending

Crypto purchases can take up to 1-2 hours to be processed. If it has been more than 2 hours, please contact Tribot Support.
