To Stun-Alch or not to Stun-Alch, that is the question...

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I want to achieve 99 magic on my main (currently only 65) but am not sure how to go about it. I see that there are two scripts that offer stun-alching as a method, that being Optimus' AIO and Sigma's magic script. Would you recommend choosing one script over the other? On top of that, would you recommend even using stun-alch at all, or a different method? Thanks a lot in advance for the help!

I was having trouble deciding which one to use, but I think I'll go with optimus! I thought alching by itself was high risk, but I guess I will find out haha. Thanks for the replies!!

I am currently using Optimus for stun alching, have also used to train some other combat skills.

He has a trial as well so use that if you can't make up your mind, would highly recommend it though.

For stun alch, other simple magic training stuff, I'd recommend you record macro movements for about an hour for multiple sessions and then just loop these. Far safer, cheaper, and better since you're creating your own unique response times/reactions. All my friends got 90+ magic easily with 0 bans training 6+hrs a day.

edit:
This method could be used for fletching, herblore, cooking, etc.

Con- if server lags, your loop will get screwed.

What do you mean by this? It sounds interesting!

Seconded, what are you referring to?

I always high alched gold bracelets which is the cheapest and most cost effective way to do it with a randomized auto clicker. Have done this so many times. Mouse clicker is Random Mouse Clicker and you must use randomized variation clicking with a slight delay.

Wouldn't this be easy to detect as it is just the same series of movements?

Stun+Alching isnt really working on any of the Magic bots atm. It will do it for 30min-1hr 30min and then just freeze/stop randomly, it must be a client issue since all of the bots are having the same issue. I would just you Naton's script for now since that one is free+ its the longest lasting one before it stops (2-3hrsish)

Try submitting a proper bug report, but I've had several people hit 99+ with my script with no problems

I thought it was a function of the script... now I’m not too confident about it haha

Ah thought you was looking for a simple macro recorder. Suggested AHK as you can just copy paste someones code into notepad and change it to .ahk file extension. If you need one PM me. Do look out for variation in ping if you do use a macro recorder. Good for stuff like this,

Mouse key macro may work better for this one. If you use OSBuddy you can set a custom mousekey distance, so it would be, Hold 2 > Numpad5 > Numpad4 > Numpad5 > Numpad6 > Numpad5. I made a curse macro using mousekeys and it was fun.

I want to find a reliable way to get 99 magic. Someone suggested recording my mouse (or something along those lines) and use that to do it. I’m thinking that I’ll just use the scripts on Tribot, as I initially intended. I really appreciated the help though! Thank you for replying so quickly!

Good idea. Best of luck :)

    • Over the past few months, I’ve been working diligently on a new project - TRiBot X. Everything has been written from the ground up, with all of the best practices of software engineering. Every aspect of TRiBot has been re-imagined to support three main goals: flexibility, useability, and reliability.

    • TRiBot is looking to improve a lot of its customer relationship management, customer on boarding process, customer experience, design elements, community engagement and pretty much everything else you can imagine when it comes to marketing.

Our goal: To ensure that the marketing done TRULY reflects the experience and does not shine an inaccurate light on what TRiBot is lacking in.

So I ask, what do you love about TRiBot and what do you hate about TRiBot? What does O S Bot, Rune M8, PowR Bot and Dre amBot do better? (yes I purposely didn't spell it right 😂).

      Love,

      RileyZ

    • Over the last three weeks, I've been working on upgrading our server infrastructure. It's finally ready and is now live!

      Why?

Increased reliability - less server errors

      Increased availability - less downtime

Increased security - keeping us and you secure

Increased capacity - ability to serve you better

Increased speed - less waiting for things to load

Faster development - server and service updates will come faster

      What are the changes?

Move from a single AWS EC2 instance to AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service)

      Distributed computing

      Load balancing

Git management of server files and filesystem

      Redis caching

      How?

AWS ECS (with 10 EC2 instances)

      AWS ElastiCache (Redis)

      AWS Load Balancing

      AWS EFS (Elastic file system)

Please bare with us as I continue to tune the server for maximum performance. Slow loading speeds may occur temporarily. I thank everyone for their patience.

Please post on this thread if you experience any issues other than slow loading times.

    • This release will:

Fix prayers and world hopper API (Thanks @JoeDezzy1 and @erickho123)

      Improve banking API (Thanks @Encoded)

Adds methods for returning and using Java Lists, rather than arrays

      Slightly randomizes some hardcoded behaviour

Removes sleeps from waitConditions; the efficiency saving potential is negligible in these use-cases, therefore cleaner code is preferable

      Other back-end improvements

Note: If you are using LG, please restart both the RS client and TRiBot.
