is there a bot that only eats food at random hp intervals? With lg and an auto eat bot used at typical afk and auto retaliate zones it would make for some smooth gameplay. I don't like depending on the random nuances of auto combat scripts that are prone to fail or hiccup at some point and give a reason for a player to report you.

Instead of choosing a random HP value for eating, scripters can use ABCUtil#generateEatAtHP() to follow a human like pattern that is unique to every RuneScape account that runs the script.

I'm not sure if you're trying to implement this in your own script or you're using publicly available scripts, but if it's the latter, most premium combat scripts probably have (or should have) already implemented this.

is it possible just to use combat scripts for eating and have this function active while not using the combat function of the script? I think i tried this earlier and could not get it to work with the free scripts. I had to set a target to attack in order to eat with the script which is what i don't want to do or set a position to reset rock crabs/sand crabs(also something i don't want because of inevitable script errors).

You can't run two scripts at the same time.

You will either need to write your own script from the ground up and run it locally, or configure a repository script so it behaves as you intend. Premium scripts usually have more options to choose from and more settings that can be configured.

thanks for the tips, i wasn't planning on using two scripts simultaneously. I only wanted to use just 1 function(eating) of said script, but i understand what you are saying thanks for the help, i'll see if it is possible with any of the other premium scripts.

Do you just want a script to eat food when your HP gets low?

I mean I could just take a snippet of old code I have sitting around and upload it to the repo for you.

Not super efficient or even coded all that well but it just eats w/e food you have inventory if your health is less than a randomly generated amount lol
