How can I use worldhopper better?

Recommended Posts

I have been trying to hop worlds but every time I try it types the username out then deletes it and retypes. Also sometimes it writes into the rs chat box.

Here's what I've tried. What should I try to do it better?

			 if(WorldHopper.changeWorld(WorldHopper.getRandomWorld(true)))
			 {
				 println("Hopping worlds");
				 Timing.waitCondition(new Condition()
				 {
						@Override
						public boolean active()
						{
							return Login.logout();

						}
				}, General.random(3000, 4000));
			 }
			 Login.login();
			 if(WorldHopper.changeWorld(WorldHopper.getRandomWorld(true)))
			 {
				 println("Hopping worlds");
				 Timing.waitCondition(new Condition()
				 {
						@Override
						public boolean active()
						{
							return Login.login();

						}
				}, General.random(3000, 4000));
			 }
		 }
 if(WorldHopper.changeWorld(WorldHopper.getRandomWorld(true)))
{
  Login.login();
  sleep(200,300);
}

try this.

	public static boolean WorldHopRandom(boolean members, boolean deadman) {
		int CurrentWorld = WorldHopper.getWorld();

		if(Game.getGameState() == 30)
			if(Login.logout());
				Timing.waitCondition(new Condition() {

				@Override
				public boolean active() {
					if(Game.getGameState() == 10)
						return true;
					General.sleep(50);
					return false;
				}

			}, General.random(50, 200));
		if(Game.getGameState() == 10)
			if(WorldHopper.changeWorld(WorldHopper.getRandomWorld(members, deadman)))
				Timing.waitCondition(new Condition() {

					@Override
					public boolean active() {
						if(Game.getCurrentWorld() != CurrentWorld)
							return true;
						General.sleep(50);
						return false;
					}

				}, General.random(50, 200));

		General.sleep(10000);

		return false;
	}

Usually that happens if you use Login.login() while the loginbot is also on. So either let the loginbot handle it or disable it just before you call Login.login()

one more question. I've often noticed that the world hopping will click in between two worlds. What causes this to happen and what can I try to fix?

This happens when jagex updates the world list, so the positions of the worlds change. TRiBot has to be updated to fix this. If there's not an issue already, create one here

      Important: Since the downloadable RS client uses Java 7, it will no longer be compatible with Looking Glass. To make up for this, we will add support for using other clients such as RuneLite (at a later date).

      This change was necessary to allow us to use Java 8 syntax. It also paves the way for Java 9/10/11 support.
