TRiBot CLI Client Starter

Recommended Posts

1 hour ago, Flax said:

What do I put when a script has spaces in it? for example Auto Fisher Pro. Is it the same as erickhos starter?

When I use quotes it says this:

[17:59:34] Failed to auto-start script "" (SCRIPT NOT FOUND).

(I also tried without quotes and it gave me the same error)

Also runtime information doesn't show if the proxy is working, it just says 'proxy: none' if you know what I mean (in the tribot client itself)

Might wanna put a small example for retards like me. :P

This is what my .bat file currently looks like:

  Hide contents

java -jar TribotClientStarter.jar -accountName [email protected] -scriptName Auto Fisher Pro -scriptCommand OTTOS_GROTTO,LEAPING_FISH,SHIFT_DROP,0,5 -world 382 -proxyIP 192.168.1.1 -proxyPort 8000 -proxyUsername 13337 -proxyPassword 696969 -heapSize 386
@pause

I'll take a look at it today and make any needed adjustments.

  • Thanks 2

Argument fixes now use same naming as what ericks was.

Can't start it it says:

>java -jar publicstarter.jar -accountemail test -scriptname test
[-accountemail, test, -scriptname, test]

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
        at Main.main(Main.java:91)
Press any key to continue . . .

Try setting JAVA_HOME environment variable. Mine is set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_144 (will be different depending on which java version you have)

Works perfect thanks! one more thing, it doesn't seem to use the script argument, this is the error in bot debug:

[03:46:10] TRiBot Release 9.306_0 loaded. (1.8.0_151:C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_151)

Not sure if it's a script related issue or if its from the client starter.

Was removing _ from script name and arguments from way back when I made this like a year ago. Should be fine now.

Download the zip erick has, replace publicstart.jar with my jar. Edit his bat file to your needs.

thanks man, but looks like script arguments i add does not work. It says that i add them wrong so script can't start, but when i try same arguments without CLI starting my bot, it works perfect. arguments have space in them  so maybe this cause the problem, idk

i do -scriptarguments "Leather gloves"

and it does not work

Looks like mine has it as -scriptargument not scriptarguments, try that.

Type Environment Variables in your start menu, click Environment Variables, add a new one, name it JAVA_HOME with C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_161 as the value.

-world argument seems not to function on ubuntu 16.04, all else is fine. I've tried arguments : -world, -World, -worlds, -Worlds.

Don't have any ubuntu servers atm, but works fine on windows and centos for me. Don't think there should really be any difference between them tho so not sure why it wouldn't work.

Yeah weird, i also have a preffered world selected for each account, but it just selects a random world anyways, isn't really a huge issue though.

Ever so often i get the error [22:28:45] Failed to auto-start script "Scriptname" (SCRIPT NOT FOUND).. Happens about 1 out of 4-5 times. What causes this? I have the data (email, scriptname, arguments) fetched from a file, so shouldn't be a issue of wrong input.

My guess is if you are using a repository script and loading up abunch clients at once, you a few of your requests are getting blocked and it doesn't load the scripts you have so it's not finding the script.

    • Over the past few months, I’ve been working diligently on a new project - TRiBot X. Everything has been written from the ground up, with all of the best practices of software engineering. Every aspect of TRiBot has been re-imagined to support three main goals: flexibility, useability, and reliability.

    • TRiBot is looking to improve a lot of its customer relationship management, customer on boarding process, customer experience, design elements, community engagement and pretty much everything else you can imagine when it comes to marketing.

Our goal: To ensure that the marketing done TRULY reflects the experience and does not shine an inaccurate light on what TRiBot is lacking in.

So I ask, what do you love about TRiBot and what do you hate about TRiBot? What does O S Bot, Rune M8, PowR Bot and Dre amBot do better? (yes I purposely didn't spell it right 😂).

      Love,

      RileyZ

    • Over the last three weeks, I've been working on upgrading our server infrastructure. It's finally ready and is now live!

      Why?

Increased reliability - less server errors

      Increased availability - less downtime

Increased security - keeping us and you secure

Increased capacity - ability to serve you better

Increased speed - less waiting for things to load

Faster development - server and service updates will come faster

      What are the changes?

Move from a single AWS EC2 instance to AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service)

      Distributed computing

      Load balancing

Git management of server files and filesystem

      Redis caching

      How?

AWS ECS (with 10 EC2 instances)

      AWS ElastiCache (Redis)

      AWS Load Balancing

      AWS EFS (Elastic file system)

Please bare with us as I continue to tune the server for maximum performance. Slow loading speeds may occur temporarily. I thank everyone for their patience.

Please post on this thread if you experience any issues other than slow loading times.

    • This release will:

Fix prayers and world hopper API (Thanks @JoeDezzy1 and @erickho123)

      Improve banking API (Thanks @Encoded)

Adds methods for returning and using Java Lists, rather than arrays

      Slightly randomizes some hardcoded behaviour

Removes sleeps from waitConditions; the efficiency saving potential is negligible in these use-cases, therefore cleaner code is preferable

      Other back-end improvements

Note: If you are using LG, please restart both the RS client and TRiBot.
