Refund my VIP-E

world-hopper has been broken for 3 fucking weeks now, have reported it multiple times, created multiple threads, NOTHING has been done.

It's so amateuristic its almost funny.

 

I want my money back.

Im paying alot of money for Vip-E+Daxhunter, and havent been able to use it for 3 weeks now.

No. There have been occasions where VIP/VIP-E subscriptions have been extended due to periods of total client downtime, which may be what you're referring to; however that is quite different from a refund. Script refunds are only issued for bugs in the script, any script extensions were offered at the discrepancy of the Scripter and were never issued by Staff. At least not in the time I've been here.

If you genuinely feel you're entitled to an extension, feel free to message Todd. However, I cannot see him saying anything different from what I've already told you.

The rest of the client is entirely functional.

Refunds are never given in the form you're thinking of. If you were to receive a refund, it would be in the form of TRiBot credits. You stated you couldn't use daxHunter for 3 weeks because of the world hopper, yes you perfectly are able too. How about doing red chins instead of black chins? It isn't that difficult to make due when there are issues.

If software purchasers around the world were entitled to refunds for a single bug in the software, then everyone could always get refunds.

I understand it's frustrating. Perhaps something will be offered due to this, perhaps not.

 

I think it's important to remember that your VIP-E subscription covers a lot of areas. You pay for all of these features, even if you only use one. Therefore, you could attempt to get a partial refund or small extension, which is more reasonable.

this feels like a v2 of the guy who kept making threads bitching about something that wasn't working for him but everyone else was having no problems.. just do something that doesnt require world hopping, or ask the script writer to include a no hop option, or better yet do red chins like you've been suggested multiple times now

Fuck red chins, i bought the script solely for BLACK chins, as back in the day, that was ALL the script COULD DO.

This is just straight up bullshit.

If y'all wanna charge people, then actually offer some fucking support, cause a worldhopper being broken for 3 weeks on a premium bot LOL.

You aint getting a dime from me anymore if there is no compensation.

This isn't the way to go about getting compensation. If I were you I would delete the thread, send a polite PM to Todd or USA and wait. Calling them amateurs in the OP is going to have the opposite effect of what you want.

You have to realize they only care to a certain extent. You bought a service which TOS explicitly states no refunds. Knowing that they hold the majority of the power, why not PM a mod/admin and ask respectfully for a month extension to both your VIP-E and to the Hunter bot? I truly believe a thread like this will only put you in a worse position because why even offer an extension if you threaten to leave?

This thread has turned into a mess.

Refunds are not issued as stated in the ToS. The client was 99% functional, and you could have used the multitude of other scripts while the WorldHopper is down, or simply hunt red chinchompas.

Charging back on PayPal will result in a permanent ban, as stated in the TRiBot Rules and Regulations which everyone agrees to upon using the forum.
