Extremely impressed with this script, will likely be purchasing. I wanted to ask if rings were supported? No matter what I try to do in the GUI, if my character doesn't have a RoD equipped it gets stuck on "deathwalking". My ideal behavior would be for it to use the ring I specify (ring of gods, archers ring, seers ring, whatever), and right click-->rub the RoD when it's time to bank. Am I doing something wrong or is using a combat ring unsupported?

EDIT: Also, are offensive prayers supported? Piety, Rigour, Augur, Eagles Eye, Mystic, etc.?

Unfortunately neither offensive prayers or rings are currently supported, once I get some free time I plan to delve into a rewrite of this script to support more things like these

I appreciate the prompt reply. I've officially purchased the script :) I look forward to future updates/rewrites.

 

The only "complaint" (as opposed to suggestions for what it should support) I would have about the script as it is right now is regarding the logic behind KC %. Let's say I set it to 88%. As a user, I'm trying to ask the script to open up the chest at actualKC >= 88%, with having the number as close to 88 as possible

That's basically what the script does, but it doesn't factor in whether or not you've killed the last brother yet. Once it opens up a few doors (looks like it always gets KC in certain rooms - corner rooms I think they're called?), it decides to get KC. Regardless of whether or not you've killed the last brother, it will get your actual KC % to >= your specified number. If you haven't killed the last brother yet, then 88% very easily becomes 95-100+%. 

This may not seem like a big deal, but there's been a lot of discussion over on Reddit mostly about how 75-88% maximizes runes (75 being better than 88 [some say] due to it favoring death runes over blood runes which are less expensive or something) whereas going to 89-100% KC pulls in bolt racks and other extremely low-cost items. 

 

Would you consider this to be something worth fixing and, if so, how difficult of a fix is it? Just a few lines of code or it'll have to wait for the rewrite? 

 

 

Lastly, I wanted to drop a quick compliment - I was so shocked that it handles staffs perfectly. This came in handy when I wanted to use my SoTD for melee as well as mage. I tested it on a noob account as well and I was able to melee with a mystic air staff. :)

I've actually worked towards this KC thing before, the reason the script currently works is that the KC % a brother contributes isn't always the same (I believe it's either 7 or 8), making the calculation not as straightforward as being able to gain kc only to 80 or 81

Ah, I see. I was not aware of that. I appreciate the insight. I'll keep you posted with any observations/bugs I find. I plan to make heavy use of this. Thanks again!

This is the second time this has happened to me - it randomly ends the script after walking into the clan wars portal with the below debug (it stops right before clicking the barrows tab to start another run).  I can't find any rhyme or reason to it. I just restart the script and it proceeds on perfectly fine. I'm not using LG, only 1 tab, tried the usual deleting hooks, etc. Any idea what animation it's referring to?

Hey, the animation timeout is intended to prevent stuck accounts, if the script doesn't detect any player animations for 8 or so minutes it will end the script safely

Great script so far, was able to fix most issues I had with it by running it a few times and seeing its logic. Pretty good stuff?

Is there any way I can change the limit as to when the script starts drinking ppots? Sometimes I'm on the last brother I choose to use prayer on and it drinks a dose of prayer potion even when the brother is like 10 hp and my prayer suddenly drops to below 20. I just think its a waste sometimes and it would be awesome if I could choose the prayer it starts to drink a potion at.

Death walk normally refers to walking back to where you died to pick up your items. Maybe it is broken in this script but that is the jist of it. If you can include a debug/script trace, it would help the scripter with finding the problem.

There aren't any errors, or debugs happening. Just spams what direction it is about to run to, but doesn't do any running, was working fine the past few weeks. now it just wants to deathwalk.

How many chests/hr are you guys getting? I'm only getting 8-9 chests an hour and considering im maxed mage/melee I should be getting more. I feel like it has something to do with the abc2 sleep multiplyer, is there any way to disable it completely? Right now i slid mine all the way to the left yet its still at .10 the multiplyer making it 10% slower than regular abc2 if im not mistaken? Script also tends to sleep every single time it teleports using the tab to the minigame. 

Also, @Netami the script sometimes doesn't register a barrows item drop or the loot from the chest. Like it doesn't update the profits or show the barrows item drop on the paint. Any idea's as to why?

There's currently not a way to change the potion drinking, I had tinkered with it but it resulted in people with lower level accounts dying more frequently.

Try to delete your hooks.dat and reload tribot twice, if this doesn't help send me a forums PM and I'll work with you.

I haven't made any changes to the script, likely due to hook changes from RS update.

I've found that past a certain level, higher mage and melee levels barely affect speed as most of your time is spent in navigation and such. How often is it not registering a barrows drop, and is the drop received part of your gear setups?

GUI Calculations are indeed acting very strangely recently:

Also, is there a known problem when using saved settings? I have to equip my spell, turn auto retaliate on, then click the "Magic" button in the GUI again for it to realize what spell I'm using. If I don't do this, it will immediately bank my runes on startup.

 

Lastly, I've noticed that the bot will re-equip your magic spell once you're doing acquiring KC (if you're using melee/ranged) then get the chest and tele back to clan wars. This is inefficient/bot-like because going through the clan wars portal resets your magic spell settings anyway.

Did you have newely repaired barrows set in your gear?

Saved spells should be working as intended but I'll check it out later, I haven't touched that code recently. As for reselecting spell this is just part of the same equipping gear method that the script always uses, I could add a check to not select spell if we're done but I doubt it's much of a bot flag.

ive been able to spoof profits like this before by pausing the script and getting gear from bank or hitting ge real quick.

Yeah, the profit tracker uses an inventory listener to watch for new items as well as removed items (potions/food) and uses that to calc profit. If I exclude gear items from this it wouldn't count the real drops if you got them (for example, wearing a verac's helm and you getting a verac's helm drop wouldn't count).

This looks tribot related if the script is ending due to random solver, unfortunately not much I can do about that.

Btw, do you think you could add the ability to support super attack and strength potions? Seeing as there is a super combat option, using super attacks and strengths saves so much more money😁

Sorry for the delay, must of missed this message. This would be a feature that would come with my upcoming rewrite of the script.
