Any tribot loader via CMD?

Yes, it's very easy to launch a jar from the CLI. It's just the normal loader you download from the main page, too. There's no specific version you use for linux. Such are the wonders of Java programs.

The problem is that you have to go through the GUI to login to tribot, setup the script etc. It would be nice to have the opportunity to just pass all of those things as command line argument such that you don't actually have to interact with a GUI to start a bot.

I'm not aware of any arguments that can be completed to automatically bypass the GUI and so it would seem that is indeed the problem with trying to create a script for complete automation. It would require multiple scripts for multiple programs...and that is just something I can't be bothered doing.

This change was necessary to allow us to use Java 8 syntax. It also paves the way for Java 9/10/11 support.
