Client stuck "Loading Client Params"

How can it be on my end? I haven't done jack shit but closing the client and re-opening it. Tried 4 times now.

If it was a TRiBot issue the client wouldn't be loading for me either, nor any other users. Furthermore, RuneScape hasn't updated today, there's no update that happened which could have broken TRiBot. Therefore, I'm assuming the issue may be localized to you, which does not mean it's your fault.

I would suggest deleting your hooks.dat and general.ini from the .tribot folder, and ensuring any proxies which you may be using can connect to RuneScape

Didn't work. This is in the debugger though if it helps...

Are you attempting to connect via a proxy?

The issue you're having is a connection issue, as stated by the debug, it looks like something is preventing TRiBot from connecting to the RuneScape severs.

Feel free to add me on Skype if you'd like, I can provide more direct support there!

As posted 5000000000000 times on reddit, runescape servers are having issues right now.

Yeah cause it's very easy to figure out it's RS server issue when OSBuddy was working but TriBot wasn't. Don't come here acting all smart AFTERWARDS. Where were you when the issue was still occuring? Hmm? Thought so. Sit the fk down.

this happened to me on a VPS the fix I did that worked was I deleted cache

open tribot  file>setting in the pop-up check the autostart client close popup SAVE SETTINGS

then client>new client(advanced) change worlds from auto to other enter any world (303 always worked for me) take about 10 mins it starts looking stuck at params but it will load takes a moment

worked for me on all vps's I have

Does anyone have a solution? Im pretty much stuck as well.

Take a moment to read around the forums.

TRiBot needs to be patched due to a recent Runescape update.
Keep on eye on the forums for when the patch is released.

    • This release will:

      Fix Settings UI placement bug

      Fix game object location bug

Fix small layout bug making the client shift up and down

Fix client crashing bug where loading the client with a small display area will cause the client to crash

Fix annoying Linux bug relating to painting events and peers

Fix settings saving bug where settings are saved to disk more often than they should

Fix RSInterface#isBeingDrawn bug affecting a limited amount of people

Drop Java 1.7 bytecode version for 1.8

Important: Since the downloadable RS client uses Java 7, it will no longer be compatible with Looking Glass. To make up for this, we will add support for using other clients such as RuneLite (at a later date).

This change was necessary to allow us to use Java 8 syntax. It also paves the way for Java 9/10/11 support.
