remove the 64bit java version under 'Add or remove programs' 

(if ur on windows)

You're probably on a 64 bit OS, using 32 bit JDK  and using the OSBuddy.exe, which will run in 64 bit (iirc). Switch your JDK to the 64 bit version, and uninstall all other Java versions, or switch to the OSBuddy.jar :)

I run on firefox :o not osbuddy

Hmmm, that should be fine! Try uninstalling all Java versions, and reinstalling the x86 JDK

After doing all mentioned above, I will perform my Mystycal Ritual of PC purrification (nonviolent).
