Describe in detail in your words what happened: so this guy has been arguing with me the whole time while i was ignoring him, i replied back and he got really pissed and didnt know what to reply, after that , i suddenly get some another user in my pc in control of it, and he said himself that it might be teamviewer, and it was teamviewer so he was aware of that ,then he literally got pissed and came to my skype while in conversation while i was trying to type and he kept spamming and clicking everywhere

I see nothing conclusive here, for your case against Deluxes, unfortunately.

Teamviewer has a history of being insecure, and I'd recommend doing the following:

Disabling it from starting when your computer turns on,

Turning OFF personal passwords,

Only using it when necessary.

Leaving this open so you have a chance to respond, @leoshiro .

I can support that it seemed someone took over our conversation, but I think the pictures do that justice.

I don't know how you're going to prove it - that's your job in a dispute. What you've provided doesn't prove affirmatively that Deluxe hacked you, so I can't take action.

The first screenshot says it all. I play along with it for a minute, then say I didn't do it several times, after that I just go along with the to troll his ass. It's was quite easy to guess that he was hacked from teamviewer as previous discord conversations showed me how stupid he was on trivial matters, so I was able to guess that was more than likely how he was hacked.

It may be suspicious to you, but it's not conclusive. That's the issue.

@leoshiro I'm assuming nothing was taken during the teamviewer breach, correct? If it was, and you had pictures, that'd be a good start.

To determine who was logged in - look here:

  • C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\VersionX\Connections_incoming.txt
  • C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\TeamViewer\Connections.txt

Check who connected to @leoshiro If then check deluxes IP if it matches we have a case.

If deluxe did connect without  a proxy that is..

Teamviewer was compromised a few months back, if you didn't change your password anyone could've connected. Just make sure to change your password and enable 2FA for teamviewer.

Closed due to insufficient evidence, focus on secure transactions where you can definitively defend yourself should a trade not go as you expected.
