As you can tell by my username, exercising is something that's very apart of my life. 

I completed a personal training course, and I want to help all of those around me. 

Would also love for this thread to be a place for workout discussion as well.

Gym Available?  yes

Days of the week able to exercise: i currently workout 5 days a week since a year now, stopped for 2 months cuz of uni

Current Weight: about 170 LBS

Goal Weight: 220 or so

Objective: gain muscle, achieve an aesthetic body :)

Starting weight: 57kg (January 1st 2015)

Current Weight: 81kg (Reached 87kg but cut down to 81kg/stopped training for 3 months because of injury)

Goal Weight: 100kg shredded

Objective: 100kg shredded as fuarkkkkk

Gym Available? Yes

Days of the week able to exercise: ANY

 

I need more help with my diet plan :( RIP my eating is cheating, rekt.
