First bot

Maybe i am just paranoid

2 posts in this topic

I use a virtual computer with a vpn where i run my bot account on. This way i can still play on my main at the same time. I accidently forgot to turn on my vpn one time while both of the accounts were logged in. Can jagex already assume that both accounts are hold by the same owner?

Also maybe to note that the vpn i use switches ip everytime i turn it on

Can we assume Jagex can assume? Yes. However, do we know if they make that assumption? We do not. If your bot isn't of any major value, you could be paranoid and start a new one. However, is that necessary? Probably not.
