Is this the proxies list from the TRiBot_Loader screen (Proxy button before entering TRiBot user credentials), or the TriBot client screen (View -> Proxy Editor)?

If you input your proxies View -> Proxy editor, they can not be seen on the TRiBot_Loader.jar login window. To load a client via a proxy use Client -> New Client (Advanced) and select your proxy from the dropdown.

If you want your proxy to show up there you have to load it from the Login Window. To load a proxy via the login window you have to input it from there. To do that, before entering your TRiBot credentials, click the button that says "Proxy:", it will bring up a Proxy Editor window, enter your proxy on that window and hit save. Then select it from the dropdown before pressing "Login".
