Share your break handler settings!

Recommended Posts

Hey just, just wondering what settings you guys use for your tribot break handler, if you use it. Obviously this applies to people who bot on main accounts and try to keep it as safe as possible.

If you guys dont mind, share a picture of your break handler settings :D

Edit:

Reason for this is because im looking for the most human-like break settings to use, as I am botting on an account for the long term (hopefully)

I wonder how many people are willing to actually share... Personally mine change every few days anyway, I always make slight adjustments to them so that I'm not forming some kind of "spray paint" pattern, so I don't mind sharing. Usually they look something like this, and yeah I don't use repeats ever.

I'd say change to breaks to match with the activity you are doing. There's skills human hardly likes to do for long periods of time. Like mining or thieving, would you do it legitly for more than 10 mins without break? I would do things like slayer longer before break. I botted 1-60 mining on two accounts recently. Both had 5-10min runtime before 2-5min break. Didn't receive ban. :) Hopefully this gives you something to think about.

Right, except humans generally just move the mouse off the screen for little breaks like that. Tribot breaks will completely log you out, which I think forms an inhuman pattern, cancelling itself out. Personally in my own scripts I do implement little breaks like that, and I try to only use scripts from others which have sensible ABCL implementation to achieve the same effect, eg. Tri's AIO Combat is a good example, I find the amount of afk is pretty realistic.

It's something I'd love to see more of though, perhaps even a more advanced break handler which supported a kind of non-logout break, where the mouse just moves off screen and you stay logged in for a couple minutes, like a human would do.

You are very right. I'd also like to see this: "perhaps even a more advanced break handler which supported a kind of non-logout break, where the mouse just moves off screen and you stay logged in for a couple minutes, like a human would do."

@sane90 Thanks for the tip bro. I'll give this a try

@fatdoobie2 Hey appreciate the replies man, definitely gonna give your scripts a look. That seems like a very good suggestion for a break handler though, I wonder if trilez would consider it.

Never break.

Always seem to get banned more while using breaks.

1st attempt at max account with breaks banned @90/91/88

2nd Attempt at max account with no breaks @99/99/99/99

@QPR I saw your posts on erickho's nmz thread. Were breaks the only factor differentiating both accounts? Or did you only start using looking glass on the 2nd account?

@Mark

Used looking glass on both accounts - breaks were on the first account and that was banned due to it.

@QPR Thanks bro. I'm looking to max out an account as well. Guess ill just keep it running 12 hours straight like you did. Appreciate it

I maxed using ExNMZ with 30 min breaks every 4 hours (per game) which left me playing for about 8 hours a day. That was several months ago and I'm not banned yet. I wouldn't recommend running for a straight 12 hours on an account you want to keep, but each to their own.

  • Our picks

    • Over the past few months, I’ve been working diligently on a new project - TRiBot X. Everything has been written from the ground up, with all of the best practices of software engineering. Every aspect of TRiBot has been re-imagined to support three main goals: flexibility, useability, and reliability.

    • TRiBot is looking to improve a lot of its customer relationship management, customer on boarding process, customer experience, design elements, community engagement and pretty much everything else you can imagine when it comes to marketing.

Our goal: To ensure that the marketing done TRULY reflects the experience and does not shine an inaccurate light on what TRiBot is lacking in.

So I ask, what do you love about TRiBot and what do you hate about TRiBot? What does O S Bot, Rune M8, PowR Bot and Dre amBot do better? (yes I purposely didn't spell it right 😂).

      Love,

      RileyZ

    • Over the last three weeks, I've been working on upgrading our server infrastructure. It's finally ready and is now live!

      Why?

Increased reliability - less server errors

      Increased availability - less downtime

Increased security - keeping us and you secure

Increased capacity - ability to serve you better

Increased speed - less waiting for things to load

Faster development - server and service updates will come faster

      What are the changes?

Move from a single AWS EC2 instance to AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service)

      Distributed computing

      Load balancing

Git management of server files and filesystem

      Redis caching

      How?

AWS ECS (with 10 EC2 instances)

      AWS ElastiCache (Redis)

      AWS Load Balancing

      AWS EFS (Elastic file system)

Please bare with us as I continue to tune the server for maximum performance. Slow loading speeds may occur temporarily. I thank everyone for their patience.

Please post on this thread if you experience any issues other than slow loading times.

    • This release will:

Fix prayers and world hopper API (Thanks @JoeDezzy1 and @erickho123)

      Improve banking API (Thanks @Encoded)

Adds methods for returning and using Java Lists, rather than arrays

      Slightly randomizes some hardcoded behaviour

Removes sleeps from waitConditions; the efficiency saving potential is negligible in these use-cases, therefore cleaner code is preferable

      Other back-end improvements

Note: If you are using LG, please restart both the RS client and TRiBot.
