New routine - Arnold's Double Split

Doing variation #2. Started this week, pretty intense workout. I don't have time to go twice in 1 day so I do both the morning and evening at once.

"Each major body part is trained 3 times per week. This Arnold Schwarzenegger workout variation is a typical example of his higher frequency workouts."

Day 1 - Chest, Back and Legs

Day 2 - Shoulders and Arms

Day 3 - Chest, Back and Legs

Day 4 - Shoulders and Arms

Day 5 - Chest, Back and Legs

Day 6 - Shoulders and Arms

Day 7 - Rest

What are your thoughts on it?

Seems like a hell of a lot of volume without looking at the link, are day 1, 3, 5 all the same exercises as well as 2, 4, 6?

Yes, they just alternate days. Two 48 hours rest and then one 72 hours rest and repeat. Abs are also thrown in there on the days I feel good with a minimum of 3 days a week, normally on shoulder/arm days.

You're going to kill your muscles, no way you can do 3 major muscles take 1 day break and do them again lmao you will feel so weak

I hope you are on a lot of drugs otherwise I don't know why you are following a routine designed for non-natural lifters.

Yes you can, but not like Arnold did with like 30 sets for chest/back etc.

You can do your major body parts three days a week when you're on tha tjuice bra, your muslces have way quicker recovery time, this is no good for natty
