Hello, I bought VIP-E and decided to bot with the Combat AIO script. I use the “Looking Glass” feature on the tribot with OSBuddy open. On much OSBuddy screen there is no stuttering or delay, on tribot how ever it will freeze for about a second every five seconds. I have set up a frequent break on the break manager and anytime my bot attempts to relogin, it gets hitched and messes up my email and/or password. It is then left to continually reattempt to login infinitely with a jumbled password and email. Is there any way to fix the freezing? Maybe there is a setting somewhere that’s will completely backspace my email and password every failed attempt? How can I fix this please?

In the past, I've experienced consistency issues with certain methods in the API that return false/inconsistent information on certain occasions, especially upon logins.
Here is something I've created a while ago that became very useful to combat that issue.

      import org.tribot.api.General; import org.tribot.api2007.Game; import org.tribot.api2007.Login; /** * @author JDezzy1 */ public class LoginAccess extends Login implements Access { /** * The amount of settings in the gamesettings array to confirm consistency * in ingame data */ public static final transient int settingsArrayLength = 70; /** * The ban message upon logging in */ public static final transient String BAN_HOOK = "Your account has been disabled. Please check your message-centre for details."; /* * (non-Javadoc) * * @see scripts.dezapi.wrappers.accessor.Access#access() */ @Override public Class<Login> access() { return Login.class; } /** * @return true if in game */ public static boolean inGame() { final STATE ST8 = getLoginState(); return ST8 != null && ST8.equals(STATE.INGAME); } /** * @return true if at the login screen */ public static boolean inLoginScreen() { final STATE ST8 = getLoginState(); return ST8 != null && ST8.equals(STATE.LOGINSCREEN); } /** * @return true if at the welcome screen */ public static boolean inWelcomeScreen() { final STATE ST8 = getLoginState(); return ST8 != null && ST8.equals(STATE.WELCOMESCREEN); } /** * @return true if there is a ban message */ public static boolean banMessage() { final String response = Login.getLoginResponse(); return response != null && response.equals(BAN_HOOK); } /** * Does what it says * * @return Game setting.length > ~70 plus all other hooks */ public static boolean isEverythingFuckingLoadedAndReadyToBeRead() { return !inWelcomeScreen() && inGame() && Game.getGameState() == 30 && Game.getSettingsArray().length >= settingsArrayLength; } /** * @return true if the login was successful */ public static boolean waitLogin() { return Waiting07.waitCondition(() -> { return isEverythingFuckingLoadedAndReadyToBeRead(); }, System.currentTimeMillis() + General.randomSD(35000, 45000, 4250)); } /** * @return true if the logout was successful */ public static boolean waitLogout() { return Waiting07.waitCondition(() -> { return inLoginScreen(); }, System.currentTimeMillis() + General.randomSD(35000, 45000, 4250)); } /** * * @param user * @param pass * @return */ public static boolean handleLogin(final String user, final String pass) { General.println("Login => attempting login => " + user); if (login(user, pass)) { General.println("Login => waiting for login..."); if (waitLogin()) { General.println("Login => logging in => successful login"); return true; } } return false; } }

I'm using a VPS and am having trouble getting TRiBot to work on it. TRiBot will start up fine and I'll log in and wait for the main program to appear. When I hit New Client it'll try to start up a new client, but somewhere in the loading process it'll stop entirely. The program shuts down and there is no error message. This is not a fixed point. Sometimes it'll crash while downloading the runescape.jar, sometimes it'll crash while loading classes. Once it even managed to start a runescape client but it crashed before it finished loading.
I've since tried running with a heap size of 256MB which seemed to have no effect. Other versions of Java didn't seem to work at all.
Considering that it doesn't crash at a specific point but rather just 'after a while' it seems like it's being shutdown by the OS itself for eating too many resources. Then again, this is a gut feeling and I've never worked with Linux before, so feel free to disregard.
      Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.2 x64
VPS: DigitalOcean, 512MB RAM, Single CPU core
      Java version: http://i.imgur.com/ZAxZDaO.png

I've tried googling the issue but couldn't find anyone with the same problems. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

After I login to my Tribot account, the loader appears, and says its successfully loaded. My Java (in task manager) then crashes, and the Client does not load.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

    • Hello everyone,

Last week we tried to roll out Auth0 Login, but we lost that battle. Now it's time to win the war!

      Important changes

When logging into the client, you'll now have to enter your Auth0 account credentials instead of your forums credentials

Note: 2FA is still handled through your forums account (for the time being)

      Changes for existing users

You'll have to link your Auth0 account to your forums account here: https://tribot.org/forums/settings/login/?service=11

Auth0 accounts have been created for most existing users. Please use your forums email address and password to login.

      Important notes

Make sure to verify your email address upon creating a new Auth0 account

When we mention your Auth0 account, we mean your account used for auth.tribot.org as displayed below

    • To better support the upcoming changes (TRiBot X, new repository), we're switching our login handler to Auth0. Instead of logging in with the standard form, you'll now be required to login through our Auth0 application.

All existing accounts which have been used within approximately the past year have been imported into Auth0 using the same email and password combination which has been stored on the forums.

What does this mean for users?

Your account credentials are now even more securely stored

You'll be able to login via Facebook, Google, and others in the future

Is there anything users have to do differently now?

Existing users: You'll have to login with the standard login, open your Account Settings, then link your Auth0 account

New users: You'll be redirected to our Auth0 app (auth.tribot.org) where you'll be able to create an account

      Why was this change made?

The new apps we are creating (such as the new repository) aren't able to use the forums to handle user logins

To centralize all user accounts in one area

To ensure that the client login doesn't go down when the forums are having problems

      To speed up our development

      Other considerations

There's no documentation or official support for using Invision Community combined with Auth0, so there are still a few kinks we're working out

We're in the works of creating an account management panel specifically for Auth0 accounts (ETA August)

It's not possible to change email addresses for the time being (this will be resolved this August)

Changing passwords is a weird process for the time being. To change your password, you'll have to use the "Don't remember your password" tool on the Auth0 login page

    • Over the past month, we've been working hard on TRiBot's new repository - a much needed update. This change has been deemed necessary for TRiBot X, and will allow us to really speed up development of all aspects of TRiBot.

Today we are going to share what we've been working on!

Now you must be wondering what kind of features the new repository will have.... well, you'll have to be patient for a little while longer. We're still figuring out various technical aspects so we can't provide answers to all possible questions. We're also focusing on development rather than writing about it so that everyone can get access to our latest developments at lightning speed. I will however answer a few users' questions.

We're planning on a release of this early to mid August, giving users some goodies before TRiBot X's release.

Thank you all for being patient. I hope everyone is excited as much as I am!

    • Over the past few months, I’ve been working diligently on a new project - TRiBot X. Everything has been written from the ground up, with all of the best practices of software engineering. Every aspect of TRiBot has been re-imagined to support three main goals: flexibility, useability, and reliability.
