Looking glass stuck on "Looking for RuneScape Client" screen

24 posts in this topic

First I opened up Old School RuneScape in firefox, and then went to the OSRS log in screen.

I then opened TriBot, logged in running TriBot in x32, clicked New Client (Looking Glass), it started to load, and than it said Looking For RuneScape Client, and was stuck on that, and did not load further.

Does nothing show on your Bot Debug, and if the Client Debug shows, is anything there?  If you can't see Client Debug, load a TRiBot client first, wait till you see Client Debug, then you close that tab.  Then reload Looking Glass and paste whatever's in Bot/Client Debug.

It will not let me copy anything from the Bot Debug

You click inside of the bot debug.  It'll highlight one whole line.  Press Ctrl+A, it'll select everything.  Then press Ctrl+C.  It'll copy everything.  Paste all of that in here.

is there some sort of guide to using looking glass?????

The link doesn't work, do you have a working link?

Looking Glass Beta is only accessible by VIP-E members.

Is there some sort of detailed explanation of how to use Looking Glass? I do not understand how it works and I paid extra so I could use this feature.

I doubt you've done it correctly, or you would have rid the error..  You don't pay extra to use a feature that's currently being tested..  Check the Looking Glass sub-forum.  There should be a thread for it there.

Do I type that in the command prompt, before or after I have opened up TriBot???

Is there a link to detailed directions on how to work Looking Glass? I do not understand anything about this, it does not simply work when you click "New Client (Looking Glass)", is there something you have to do to your computer first??? There are no directions telling you how to work this.

Please post a link for detailed easy to follow directions as I am not a computer programmer or anything of the sort, just a true gamer.

The reason the Looking Glass Beta is not advertised is because it is still in beta. Testing the BETA is not a "feature," it's a privilege.
