Has anyone tried Bulletproof diet or Paleo diet?

10 posts in this topic

What's a Bulletproof diet?

I'm currently living off Joylent (a EU nockoff to Soylent), I'm liking it so far (few weeks) and I've lost some weight.

But I'm not sure if thats compareable.

Do you eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I'm interested ;o

Breakfast & Lunch. For dinner about 50% of the time (depends on what my mom is cooking).

Its also more enjoyable to just drink (eat) a little bit every hour rather than having a 700ml meal.

I am currently on a High Protein, High Fat diet, seems to be working well.

Monitor my intake - nutrients, cals, carbs etc using MyFitnessPal and my steps with FitBit.

Paleo diet is the bomb. If you want to lean up fast, low card, med protein, high fat. youll also want to fuck everything that moves. However back to paleo and bulletproof is amazing/ especialy the coffee :o

im about to start Bulletproof diet for couple months, i just spent 100 usd at iHerb.com :D

Currently not on a specific program.

I know humans are made to eat meat with high source of fat

I count my macros whilst having a high fat intake. If i want carbs then i  eat some as long as i'm within my weekly caloric intake

Bulletproof coffee for breakfast. I add a little bit of cinnamon and vanilla extract, and if i'm feeling really crazy, an egg yolk. Will keep me full for hours. One thing i've noticed is that nobody seems to actually blend their bulletproof coffee, and it makes the biggest difference as far as taste/texture.

Other than that I do slow carb (tim ferrriss) and it's absolutely fantastic.
