script is broken.

http://gyazo.com/1baf275a9a39a10d79e377c3d38d914c

my bot did that for 9 hours

luckily it didn't get banned so I have enough time to get the flax off it, but thats 1m for the bond down the drain.

The spin interface is a bit weird, the interface can be on even when the interafce isn't on screen. To fix this you have to add a parentID check, and look that the parentID isn't -1 like below

	int SPIN_MASTER = 459;	int SPIN_TEXT_CHILD = 88; // .getText() = "What would you like to spin?"	public boolean spinInterfaceUp() {		SPIN_TEXT = Interfaces.get(SPIN_MASTER, SPIN_TEXT_CHILD);		if (SPIN_TEXT != null && SPIN_TEXT.getParentID() != -1 && !SPIN_TEXT.isHidden() && SPIN_TEXT.getText().equalsIgnoreCase("What would you like to spin?")) {			return true;		}				return false;	}

getText() can return null, so the above code has the possibility of returning a NPE.

I posted my exact detection method (I believe in someone's bug report about this exact issue a few months back).

The approach is similar in that I check the parentID. It was a snippet I pulled straight from Auto Crafter Elite's Spinning portion.

In addition hard coding the parent and child id's is a bad idea, especially since Jagex has changed this interface atleast 4-5 times

that I'm aware of (could easily be more that I don't keep track anymore). You are already hard coding the String that pertains to

the text, why not make use of that to dynamical return the interface? The bit of overhead is negligible in comparison to the sustainability acquired.

Thanks for the feedback, didn't knew interfaces changed (someone told me they didn't), I'll keep that in mind aswell as more nullchecks in the future :)

it does not type a number into Enter Amount, when you choose the amount of flax you want to spin!!

Hey,

It still doesn't enter an amount to spin, not sure if this has been addressed :)

Unsure why, but when I start it it goes to make X amount of bowstrings, but it doesn't actually type a number :/ and all the other spinners just get stuck, please let me know asap if you've fixed it.

The issue has been fixed and it should work fine now :)

Great bot! I'm surprised at the script, while most bots get stuck at closed doors, this one opens them! Thanks!

Hey @xCode, great script!

the only thing that stops my bots is the dismiss able random event, it starts that when there is no random event to my knowledge (there might be a random event i have only seen the aftermath though) and it just keeps right clicking the corner of the screen? i haven't noticed it doing it with any other script, any idea why its doing this?

Apart from that its awesome.

Hmm could you send me the bot debug and the client debug when that happens?

it looks like this, keep clicking top left corner, usually after go down to second floor or char stand right of spinning wheel

usually pause script, manually click on spining wheel then resume solve the problem

Got banned using this script after 5 hours. Wouldn't reccommend.

Don't post things like this. There is no proof this script is responsible for your ban. Your ip could've been flagged or you also used other scripts that got you banned. In the end: every type of botting can result in a ban, which makes posts like this pointles. Edited by xCode

All of the current ones are broken / not working at all.

Anyone that can do one that works?

How can all flax spinning scripts be broken? like most of them can go to the bank, go to the wheel but then nothing.

can someone make one that works?

I've tried out about every single Flax spinner, but they all have problem with getting to the spinner, or to th bank, they all click on the mini-map in the black space and just get stuck. They don't even fix themselves. Can anyone here make a flax spinner that actually works? I am surprised that a bot forum such as this, that has been around soo long, doesn't even have a decent flax spinner.

    • Hello everyone,

Last week we tried to roll out Auth0 Login, but we lost that battle. Now it's time to win the war!

      Important changes

When logging into the client, you'll now have to enter your Auth0 account credentials instead of your forums credentials

Note: 2FA is still handled through your forums account (for the time being)

      Changes for existing users

You'll have to link your Auth0 account to your forums account here: https://tribot.org/forums/settings/login/?service=11

Auth0 accounts have been created for most existing users. Please use your forums email address and password to login.

      Important notes

Make sure to verify your email address upon creating a new Auth0 account

When we mention your Auth0 account, we mean your account used for auth.tribot.org as displayed below
      • 64 replies
    • To better support the upcoming changes (TRiBot X, new repository), we're switching our login handler to Auth0. Instead of logging in with the standard form, you'll now be required to login through our Auth0 application.

All existing accounts which have been used within approximately the past year have been imported into Auth0 using the same email and password combination which has been stored on the forums.

What does this mean for users?

Your account credentials are now even more securely stored

You'll be able to login via Facebook, Google, and others in the future

Is there anything users have to do differently now?

Existing users: You'll have to login with the standard login, open your Account Settings, then link your Auth0 account

New users: You'll be redirected to our Auth0 app (auth.tribot.org) where you'll be able to create an account

      Why was this change made?

The new apps we are creating (such as the new repository) aren't able to use the forums to handle user logins

To centralize all user accounts in one area

To ensure that the client login doesn't go down when the forums are having problems

      To speed up our development

      Other considerations

There's no documentation or official support for using Invision Community combined with Auth0, so there are still a few kinks we're working out

We're in the works of creating an account management panel specifically for Auth0 accounts (ETA August)

It's not possible to change email addresses for the time being (this will be resolved this August)

Changing passwords is a weird process for the time being. To change your password, you'll have to use the "Don't remember your password" tool on the Auth0 login page

    • Over the past month, we've been working hard on TRiBot's new repository - a much needed update. This change has been deemed necessary for TRiBot X, and will allow us to really speed up development of all aspects of TRiBot.

Today we are going to share what we've been working on!

Now you must be wondering what kind of features the new repository will have.... well, you'll have to be patient for a little while longer. We're still figuring out various technical aspects so we can't provide answers to all possible questions. We're also focusing on development rather than writing about it so that everyone can get access to our latest developments at lightning speed. I will however answer a few users' questions.

We're planning on a release of this early to mid August, giving users some goodies before TRiBot X's release.

Thank you all for being patient. I hope everyone is excited as much as I am!

    • Over the past few months, I’ve been working diligently on a new project - TRiBot X. Everything has been written from the ground up, with all of the best practices of software engineering. Every aspect of TRiBot has been re-imagined to support three main goals: flexibility, useability, and reliability.
