From May 2013 to Now -40lb

Hey I just wanted to share some of my progress from loosing weight. I am currently bulking and I can feel abs, but can't seen them quite yet.

 

I went from 198lb: May 2013

to 153lb: June 2014 -45lb

now I'm bulking and @: 158lb

 

Current bulking diet is a clean bulk with High fats(good fats), High protein and Good amount of carbs

 

I do cardio (nothing over 2.5 miles as that causes muscle loss too) everyday,

Abs everyday,

alternate days on the row Machine.

 

This is 198lb

Lol, Thanks! I just can't get rid of those pesky love handles >.> They should be almost gone after my next cutting phase *Fingers Crossed*

Weight loss?... Should of used that fat to build muscle IMO, and if you're going to say "Easier said than done" no its not

9 months ago i was 6' 188 pounds 22% body fat

now i'm 178 Pounds 7.6% body fat and completely shredded and striated.

But oh well what's done is done, not bad if that was your goal (Y)
