Can you have it move back to its original position? Cause if it was me playing the game and not using the bot I'd rather prefer my pouches in a square than in random position.

While the bot is meant to "human like" implementing various antiban, it doesn't necessarily have to play like you. Like I said before, it doesn't really matter, and I highly doubt it would cause any flag. However, thanks for your suggestion and I may create something like "preferred pouch position", since I don't believe it's the first time it's been mentioned to be (but it's not really often it's mentioned.).

I'd say that anybody that has over 91 runecrafting has their pouches in a square, like at least 95%. So it's honestly a good feature. But honestly it doesn't matter as you said.

since laws are so cheap right now, I'm going to do natures through 99. Whats the fastest possible method and setup you guys use?

does this script support LG without any problems and bugs ? @erickho123

I've never tried it, once LG gets out of beta / the speed enhance comes with LG, it should support it

When running law runes from castle wars the bot doesn't click on balloon tele to entrana

I will look into this today/tommorow, but you need to provide me more information. I'll personally check into this with my own account wednesday if you don't since I know some interfaces probably changed.

 

It is supported, been using the script for almost a week now and I've not had any problems with any of my pouches :)

I am assuming he is talking about abyss repair when doing something like ballon laws. In that case, it isn't supported. Repairing pocuhes via abyss is only avalaible through the abyss method. I was suppose to add support for other methods, but i lost my webwalker due to SSD/HDD wipe. I don't know when it's going to be supported at this point, sorry!

 

 

it keeps ending the script as soon as i start it. any ideas?

You provided me with no information, I have no ideas, use the proper bug format. As twitch said, theres most likely something in your debug, the script doesn't magically stop for no reason.

If you are on the latest TRiBot revision, follow these important instructions step by step, and hopefully it'll resolve if your issue.
  • Close all TRiBot clients.
  • Locate your .tribot folder, google this if you don't know how.
  • Go to .tribot/settings/
  • Locate a file called "hooks.dat"
  • Delete it
  • Restart your client.
Following these instructions, should resolve your problem. It is generally caused by a corrupt hooks.dat (happens now and then due to rs update or something, idk. TRiLeZ should look into it). A corrupt hooks.dat makes the client unable to retrieve proper information from the game, such as npcs/objects and causes a huge problem. If these instructions did not fix it for you, consider using the proper bug report otherwise you won't get much help because I'm not going to sit here all day determining the many factors that could cause your error due to vague information.

LG support list so far (green - works, orange - needs to be adjusted, red - not checked)

  • Earth (works for me locally, update for you guys is today!)
  • Fire (confirmed by one user, works for me as well but a speed increase will come on next update coming today!)
  • Mind  (works for me locally, update for you guys is today)
  • Water (works for me locally, update for you guys is coming today!)
  • Nature (works for me locally, update should be coming today!)

Note: Looking glass is in beta, by no means does my list guarantee that it will work with looking glass. This only means it worked for me when I/other users checked it. This list is good for determining if the methods worked for previously, but remember LG is in beta so it is always changing and has its own sets of bugs (which is why it's in beta..). The scripter is not responsible for these bugs, it would fall under a client issue.

 

All methods were tested for longer than 10 minutes. This is to ensure my solutions work, it doesn't need to be ran that long since the script runs in a loop. 10+ minute tests are fine.

 

Edit: woo.. spent literally all day testing out every single method on my script.. Can't wait for the release!

  • Made walking more efficient

Pouch retrieval

  • Made the attacking logic more smart
  • Supports looking glass*

  • Fixed balloon method when traveling to entrana @b2weller

  • Increased efficiency when walking

Astral (normal crafting)

  • Made walking more efficient
  • Supports looking glass*

Lava (normal crafting)

  • Added support for mystic battlestaff (previously only supported steam battlestaff)
  • Made walking more efficient
  • Speed increase
  • Supports looking glass*

Cosmic (normal crafting)

  • Increased walking efficiency
  • Increased speeds
  • Looking glass support

Pouch repair (normal crafting only, does not affect abyss crafters)

  • Made the script stop if you select abyss because it doesn't support repairing via abyss if you are normal crafting. (NOTE: this does not affect abyss crafters)
  • Made the script deposit degraded pouches if you select None as the repair mode

 

 

 

All methods were tested for 10-30 minutes long (the script runs in a loop, that's about as long as it needs to run for tests). It ran absolutely great with LG. There is a small speed difference, but that is the natural overhead of LG. It should be fairly safe to use my script with LG now without random things occuring.

 

Note: If you are still having issues with LG, PM me / add me on skype. Do not post on this thread, it may be a LG bug instead of a script issue.

@erickho123 Thanks for working on it so quickly i really appreciate it. But I've ran on a new problem of the script not doing the correct sequence of clicks when doing npc contact with the dark mage and it just continuously gets the runes to talk to him without repairing the pouches. If you don't mind fixing this the next time you get a chance.

      We are still getting posts asking where to start, what to do, recommended scripts, etc. 

      As many of you know, I am new to the team, and had troubles myself learning how to bot, let alone script. 

      So, what our team decided to do was make it easier to learn how to bot, how to script, and just become an overall better botter and scripter faster.

    • Today marks a big day for TRiBot! To make it easier for users to use TRiBot, we've created installers available for every platform! These installers are all bundled with the latest version of OpenJDK 1.8 (Java 😎, which is LG compatible.

      Using TRiBot is now easy. Simply download the installer for your platform, install TRiBot, and run it. The TRiBot Loader will correctly identify the bundled JDK so there's no need to change the Java selection.

    • TRiBot is looking to improve a lot of its customer relationship management, customer on boarding process, customer experience, design elements, community engagement and pretty much everything else you can imagine when it comes to marketing.

      Our goal: To ensure that the marketing done TRULY reflects the experience and does not shine an inaccurate light on what TRiBot is lacking in.

      So I ask, what do you love about TRiBot and what do you hate about TRiBot? What does O S Bot, Rune M8, PowR Bot and Dre amBot do better? (yes I purposely didn't spell it right 😂).

    • Hello TRiBot,

      Today we have a significant release that has been in the works for the last month addressing several key issues, features and bugs in the backlog.

      With these changes, we are also including a new TRiBot Loader which will allow you to select any version that is released. This adds the flexibility of allowing you to revert to a previous version should an issue arise, run development only builds, view an accurate change log between versions etc. we are very proud to offer this feature and think it will add a lot more functionality down the road as we continue to release new versions.

      These changes include 80+ commits by our development team, a list of them is summarized below and also available for your viewing pleasure in the new TRiBot Loader.

      In addition, we have taken additional steps to improve as a development team by adding continuous integration and deployment into our workflow to assist in delivering timely releases such as bug fixes as well as new features on a weekly basis depending on our development cycle.
