Fat burners... Pre workout.

Has anyone found a good fat burner that gives good energy throughout the day?

 

Before Albuterex got banned it was easily one of the best.

 

What pre workout do people prefer?

I usually take ''Ripped hardcore'' from starnutrion before work out. Like 300mg caffeine per capsle. Gives nice energy during work out  :)  Pretty cheap and easy to swallow

I forgot to mention im in Australia, Soooo much stuff is banned ha.

Also didnt see the other post about supps in Australia. Woops.

buy caffeine pills. the rest is through good circadian sleep and well rounded nutrition and exercise. the rest will come by itself

Yeah been looking into them, starting a new routine had a couple months off gym so hoping to get into it hard.

Never been a fan of fat burners, Had some bad experiences using burners early in the day (If doing AM cardio) and then using a pre workout later i nthe day to lift. I found HIIT after lifting or cardioacceleration (Depending on volume and muscle group) works real well and cycling carbs from about .5g of body weight a day for 2-3 days then doing 2-3g per lb a day for one day. Also can try 3-2-1 cycling where the 1 lasts 2-3 days then repeat.

1. Dont mix fat burners and pre-workout

 

2. Dont take fat burners, they're caffeine based and will upset your stomach and likely not yield the results you're looking for unless compounded with cardio and diet.

Dont buy high caffeine pills!they are very addictive and in middle time you are going to have a depressed adrenal functions!.

Clembuterol is the best fat burning on the market but be carefully if you have high blood preassure or hyperglicemia(diabetes) because it can makes you a stroke or makes diabetes worse.
