I purchased this script about 8 hours ago and it's absolutely incredible. Really good work, I'll be purchasing any further scripts I need that you supply for sure.

 

The main downside for me is that I can't see the chat while the bot is on, an option to hide the "paint" would be fantastic.

You can hide it. Click on it without disabling any input

As I've used this bot to achieve maxed melee on multiple accounts, here's my review of it as well as some tips for people using the bot.

 

1) Amazing combat bot mechanics in general. Better than any other combat bot i've used. It's very fast and responsive, attacks/loots fast and generally doesn't look bot like at all. Fast and efficient.

2) Much better than most other combat scripts out there that I have used.

3) It can easily get upwards of 80k xp/h. Use good gear and a pot offset that works for you to achieve this.

4) It literally can get huge amounts of defenders, gained 5000+ across 3 accounts.

5) As well as the great xp/h, the gp/h also isn't bad. Make sure you look at the loot tables and add in the Id's of all good loot to maximise this.

6) Honestly considering this bot is only $5 it is AMAZING. Far better than all combat scripts i've ever used. To be honest I think that the scripter (Karlrais) should consider raising the price as its such an efficient script for only $5.

7) Make sure to use breaks. I have never been banned using this script solely because I would rather take more breaks and gain less xp per day, than get a little more xp while risking getting banned.

8) The scripter (Karlrais) has been very fast at updating the script whenever I've stated a flaw or bug within the script.

 

The only con I can think of is the armour animation minigame to gain tokens and the breaking system, i've lost a fair few mithril sets due to this but it's nothing major if you manually take breaks while getting tokens.

Updated the script to support DRAGON DEFENDERS! v3.0

 

Also updated the default loot list and some minor changes here and there.

The default loot list now includes: half keys, dragon spear, dragon med, rune kite, dragonstone, shield left half, all defenders, rune square shield, rune 2h, rune battleaxe, rune spear, rune full, rune med, clue scrolls, ecumenical key.

 

It's good idea to add more items to the list. Loot list can be found here http://2007.runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Cyclops and id's can be found here http://itemdb.biz/

 

I feel like there are some bugs laying around there so help me out and report them here.

One thing: it doesn't know that it has to talk to the lady downstairs before being able to enter the room of 106s for the first time. It keeps trying to open the locked door.

Looks like this is a one time thing and I am unable to reproduce this. Do you remember how the dialog worked?

 

EDIT: Or anyone else who haven't entered to dragon cyclopes room, pls take screenshots of each step of the dialog when trying to enter the dragon cyclopes room.

@karlrais Question for you, my character gets 800 tokens goes down to get dragon defender but he leaves around 350-420 tokens remaining in my inventory and he goes back to get more tokens until I have 800 again. Why doesn't my character stay until all tokens are gone before going to get more?

 

It's been suggested a million times here. It's because, when I coded up the logic 1 year ago, I had no clue what to do if you came down from 3rd floor cyclopes with any medium-ish amount of tokens left like 100 or 200. Would you go back upstairs with 100 or 200? Or would you go get some more tokens. Either way, someone suggessted to make a new token count in the gui that would mean the minimum amount of tokens needed to go back to cyclopes. That way everyone can choose their customized option, however, I have been very disinclined to do that because that would mean a lot of testing. As a nice workaround at the moment you could set the script to gather only tokens and then switch to killing only cyclopes.

One solution that might require changing one line of code and not much testing: allow the user to input a range rather than just a max number of tokens. i.e. add another text field for a 'min tokens' value, so even if you don't have MAX_ENTRY tokens, if you have at least MIN_ENTRY it'll still go into the cyclops room. If not, then it'll go get tokens as usual til it hits MAX_ENTRY.

 

So wherever you have:

if (TOKENS_IN_INV < MAX_ENTRY) { get more tokens until collected MAX_ENTRY tokens; }

change it to:

if (TOKENS_IN_INV < MIN_ENTRY) { get more tokens until collected MAX_ENTRY tokens; }
