looks thick and solid for 1 year is achievable with hard work and dedication, you would need to know what you're doing tough as most people training neglect nutrition and just go for the supplements excepting to get big, about 80% is what you eat the other 20% is determined by what you do in the gym, so i'd say this is achievable he just put in some hard work. also to the OP for all the people claiming roids just let them be looking solid brah.

Its sad they think that just coz there not looking like a roid addict there not worth much?

 

1) Its really bad for your body to weigh tlift when your still growing 

2)most DECENT girls look for how you care for them , not how built you are...

Weight lifting doesnt stunt growth it actually help you get a higher bone density im 6'9 and lifted in my teens all basketballers lifting weights
