Celltech abuse bulking

16 posts in this topic

Celltech is just creatine. Not sure how you think you've abused using creatine powder, it's just a bunch of amino acids. If you didn't know, when you consume creatine it will be turned into creatine phosphate. This phosphate will help you produce more ATP (ATP is where all our energy comes from in the body). Basically when your body uses up ATP (energy) it will produce ADP. ADP does nothing in this case, unless it can be converted back to ATP. Creatine helps it convert it back to ATP, giving you more energy.

It is not a steroid, not can it be 'abused'. You can work out and be intelligent too you know... hope you've learned something.
