TRiBot Release 8.08_0

Recommended Posts

A new version of the TRiBot Development Release has been released (8.09_R2). Everyone should see how it runs.

Which randoms exactly? My logs show TRiBot successfully completed 130 out of 130 randoms under your user for TRiBot Release 8.08_8.

Mine sometimes doesn't answer sandwich lady and frog random, ill give u account next time it happens

whatever you did on 8.09R5, KEEP IT PLZ :) . My CPU usage seems to be lower than ever before right now.

Thx a ton! :D

E: gives me weird errors with NPC / other dialogues though. Nullpointer exceptions in Stronghold of security when talking to the doors.

I made a ton of changes to reduce CPU usage, so I'm glad all of those changes are working successfully.

The NullPointerExceptions are probably being thrown by the script. Most scripts don't have correct exception handling/prevention.

Important: Since the downloadable RS client uses Java 7, it will no longer be compatible with Looking Glass. To make up for this, we will add support for using other clients such as RuneLite (at a later date).

This change was necessary to allow us to use Java 8 syntax. It also paves the way for Java 9/10/11 support.
