im 120 5 10 age 17 looking to put on 20 pounds

looking to put on 20 pounds across a couple months i eat alot but it just doesnt cut it for my fast metabolism is there certain foods youd recommend that wouldnt be a pain in the ass to buy?

I did that i was 120pds 5foot6 and im now 142pds 20lbs of muscle in like 6 months of training and eating a lot. you can do it

the best to eat would be a lot of chicken, turky, basmati rice, oat flake, dont forget the vegetables, add some multivitamines, omega 3 and protein shake, or weight gainer for after training

I have the same problem/had, I will make a post about it later I guess, which might help you, its a diet to gain muscle+weight efficient However its a pain to do.
