Celsius Good/Bad post your thoughts

†Celsius alone does not produce weight loss in the absence of a healthy diet and moderate exercise. Whether you walk the dog, play tennis or exercise at the gym, make Celsius part of your daily regimen.

 

Energy drinks are stimulants based on sugar and caffeine. These compounds fire your adrenal glands which secrete epinephrine(adrenaline) and norepinephrine, effectively stressing your body and keeping you in a sympathetic state.

 

If you want more energy, eating real foods will supply the body with B vitamins which are used during metabolism. Get more rest, 8 hours a day, 9 if you're a teenager. Supplements can't replace a healthy lifestyle, changing simple habits like these will give you more energy than you'll need.

Theres no sugar in celsius but it's lots of caffein that i know,

Anyway , im not drinking this to loss weight as im done losing weight(i used to weight almost 200 pounds 198 to be accurate, now im down to 138 pounds) So my weight is more then fine atm. im just using this as a little "Boost to get woken up properly"
