Bone stress?

When i lift my curl bar after i finish reps i can feel the tension in my forearm bone.I drink a lot of milk would this damage my bones or something it has to get use to?

Could be soar/bruised/overworked, I used to have something similar I just worked other muscle groups for 3-5 days and then went back to it and it was fine.

Are you sure it's the bone or the muscle? Because if it's the muscle, the way it becomes bigger and stronger is from tearing and rebuilding with more mass.

well it's not hurting only when i lift for a second after i can feel the pressure on my wrist bone area.
