You should go with higher fat/protein diet. Take in alot of peanut butter. For the protein I always stick to chicken, salmon, tilapia, and tuna. Most people want short term results in a game that takes a long term commitment. Just keep the protein going in and keep workout, it will happen in time.
I have taken pretty much taken every pre out there. C4 is by far my favorite. I did switch to Ravage for while letting the immunity to C4 wear off but it tasted like hell. Jack3d was good until they removed DMAA now its just not the same.
