  1. Same here! My roommate has a 2 1/2 year old where I live, and he's going as Marshall from Paw Patrol. I typically spend about $100 on candy in a month (for myself). I'll definitely be handing it out this year
  2. I noticed that we have a diverse crowd here in TRiBot community. Some people on here are from China, which is far away from my (very cold) small city here in Western Canada. A good portion of you are a close neighbor to the south in the USA. This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada. Which to Canadians often means binge eating and drinking with family and talking about how grateful we are. Well, I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect with all of you here in TRiBot (even if you don't like my noob blogs ). In Canada, October also means the weather is getting colder and Halloween is just around the corner. I'd love to know, who on here celebrates Halloween? For those who don't celebrate Halloween, do you celebrate any holidays in October? - RileyZ

  4. Not exactly the best. The initial list I used as a starting out. They were great to start, and as I learn more this list is going to continue to be updated and improved upon.
  5. Orient Yourself with the Client Login Interface So you've signed up for TRiBot and downloaded the client. If not, please see Setting Up TRiBot The following orientation will walk you through what everything on the client user interface does Username and Password: Enter the same login as you did when you signed up in the TRiBot forums Heap Size (MB): The amount of memory a client will use. The larger the heap size, the more memory used, but the higher the efficiency of the bot. For this case the default is set to 386. As a new botter, you most likely won't have to change the heap size. But you will when you start using multiple bots. Console Mode: When using console mode. The client prints all bot debug statements to the TRiBot Loader console (or the command line if you run TRiBot from the command line) and doesn't close the loader after the client launches. Console mode is normally used for debugging client crashes or clients not starting. TRiBot Version: Ensure you’re using the latest TRiBot version. To stay up to date on the always improving TRiBot client. Stay connected on our community forums. Java Version: Ensure you’re using the latest version of java. To stay up to date on the latest java client, Oracle is a great place to look. Manage Proxies/Proxy: We recommend using a proxy to secure your IP address and avoid very real risks such as chain-banning. Learn more about how proxies work by reading this forum by our Super Moderator, YoHoJo. For now, don’t worry about proxies, multi-botting. Those are great ways for advanced botters to make money. Login: Loads the client so you can start scripting. In order to use the Client, you’re going to need to download your first free script. Click this link to open up the Repository, where you can shop around 500+ free user-generated scripts. Previous: Setting up your account Next: TRiBot Repository Basics
  6. TRiBot Repository Basics for Botters The TRiBot repository is where you manage your free and premium scripts and subscriptions. It works using a credit system. Scripts can be sorted by name, category and price, and can be searched by keyword. Along the left side of the repository is your User Panel. Use this to navigate the repository. The following will explain each navigation object. Overview: This is a great place to find out what scripts you have. Purchase Credits: You can purchase credits directly through the repository using PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe). Credits are used to buy scripts. Transfer Credits: Looking to do some trading, or just help a friend out? Connect with our community on our Black Market Forum for information on buying and selling credits. Keep in mind that there is a credit limit and you must be an active VIP to trade credits. Purchase History: A great place to budget your gold farm, or just keep track of your purchases! Instance Manager: Premium scripts have a fixed number of instances. Knowing how many instances you have left and expiration dates are essential to a successful botting. Purchase VIP: Select the price package that works for you. Recover Account: Locked out? We have a number of secure account recovery mechanisms to help you recover your account. - Below the Users Panel is the Scripter's Panel. Don't worry about that right now (blog post TBD) - Alright, you know how to navigate. Now I'm going to show you an advanced script. Often users will build their RuneScape accounts to become eligible to use more advanced scripts. To start out, choose the category Money Making and click i Info for the |w| Zulrah Slayer V2 script. This script is created by one of TRiBot’s Premium Scripter’s, @Worthy. This is the most popular script for advanced botters which can be purchased using TRiBot credits. On the i Info page, it's important to note the Payment Options. Payment Options will tell you how many instances can be run at once. *An important note for beginners: Each script is owned and promoted by the scripter. The scripter is responsible for teaching customers about the requirements for each script. To learn about any script click the View Thread button at the bottom of the script to learn about how to best prepare your account. All scripts should have a Requirements Section.* For example, here are the requirements for |w| Zulrah’s Slayer V2: Requirements - 80 to 85+ range/magic (85+ magic necessary as it is the most important stat). If using LG, have at least 85 of both. - High defense and hp (>= 70 for barrows), HP recommend at least 75 - 43+ prayer - Regicide, Underground pass, Biohazard and Plague City required Now, click this link to return to the repository. 8. Very true. I re downloaded the new version. Loving that new loading screen design
  9. That's great insight @botuser420. Since that contest was hosted, TRiBot added me as a marketing guy because he realized how important it is to have great communication. All contests are going to be developed and managed by myself and the use of various platforms will be used keeping users privacy in mind. I most likely plan on using email for more personal communication to avoid privacy breaches. Also, if the contest aren't communicated thoroughly, you can DM me calling me whatever names you'd like
  10. [READ TO THE END FOR A TEASER] I've noticed some new TRiBotters have had some troubles finding out sources of how to do certain things, such as using advanced scripts and often get lost in the forums. We are still getting posts asking where to start, what to do, recommended scripts, etc. As many of you know, I am new to the team, and had troubles myself learning how to bot, let alone script. So, what our team decided to do was make it easier to learn how to bot, how to script, and just become an overall better botter and scripter faster. As some of you might have seen, I've posted 3 new blogs, you can check it out by clicking on the following picture or here. These first 3 blogs are the first of many blogs that will be TRiBot official. They are encouraged to be challenged, improved upon and act as A Best Practices Guide for Botters. What information would you like to see in the blogs? [TEASER] . . . We are going to be hosting a CONTEST this OCTOBER. Its scary to think how soon you'll find out. Stay tuned. - RileyZ
  11. @bbuu20 that is awesome that you pointed that out that Tribot allows user generated scripts. At Tribot that is one of our goals to not only make the best scripts, but to teach others how to do it as well. Who needs a formal education, right? I appreciate your feedback. One thing we're looking to do is create better engagement within the community. From a botter's perspective, how do you think we could evoke more engagement from our community? (oh yeah, pulling out the deep questions). videos? polls? contests? badges?
  12. Ah yes, I see what you mean. For my scope of knowledge, I wish I understood the technical side of things and why things take time to update. TRiLeZ has been great in teaching me some more technical stuff. How do you feel the team does in managing your expectations around these updates?
  13. Thank you for your feedback @botuser420, I agree that the free scripts are fantastic (quick shout out to @bbuu20 for his very easy to use Tutorial Island script, I've used other scripts from competitors and its the best I've seen so far.) When you say fixing the new welcome screen, what do you mean by that?
  14. about 1/10 of what @TRiLeZ can bench
