  1. Scripting Journey

Hi Guys, I'm pretty new to these parts. I work doing IT, and spend a large amount of my Career automating everything i can. It didn't take me long to start wanting to automate games. I've spent time here and there looking into scripts for Bot', but nothing serious up until now. Most of my skills are in Networking/Network security, however, i spent time writing small scripts in Powershell, Python and a few years back entry level Android Apps (Java). I've picked up 'ye old "sams teach yourself Java" book and begun looking over the Tribot API for the first time. Id love to be able to strengthen my Java whilst contributing constructively to a community. Has anyone else started scripting from a beginner point of view, and recently found some forms of success? id be interested on hearing feedback, opinion and any advice TLDR; I'm new, any scripters out there got some advise for a beginner?
  2. Payment failed: We cannot process....

I also have just received the same issue. I have purchased VIP in the past, Same card. Strange. Two people in under a few hours.
  3. Scripting Journey

The content here is amazing, undeniably. I'm currently reading through "scripting best practices" and "approved scripter submissions" by some of the scriptwriters and admins here. Its really exciting to see the standards and quality of work thats expected. Looking forward to putting something together, Any suggestions on a best way to submit a script for constructive review, without submitting a request for 'scripter status'?
  4. Start script hangs.

Hi guys. I find when starting a script on a new client, quite often it simply clicks the 'login button, but then never proceeds to login and start the script. If I close tribot and reopen, it generally fixes it. Sometimes it requires a couple of restarts. What information would I best have to supply to get this evaluated? Is there a client log file I should be providing? -All of my VM's are on Ubuntu 14.04 server. -Java Jre 8 -3 tabs open on each VM -4 cores/3GB RAM for each VM
  5. Start script hangs.

@iFluffee - I've tried both methods. Both have the same issue. Is there a difference im unaware of? @FALSkills - I'm following the 256 + 128 rule for each extra tab. This is correct yes?
  6. Repeating Break Handler

Hi Guys, I'm aware that the Break Handler contains a 'repeat' option. does this simply repeat the 'single break' selected, or does it start the whole break cycle again? im looking for either a way to: A: create a 24 hour break handler, that sleeps for 8-12 hours and then works for 12 hours (with breaks of course) But i would like to leave this running and have it 'repeat' the cycle after 24 hours. B: in some way specify the times the bot can actually bot; ie From 7AM until 7PM with breaks. then sleep for the night. If this isn't a feature yet, to be able to control breaks in this way; id love to see it! What options are available? I've had a look at the Break handler tutorials, but i haven't seen anything specifying 'advanced' or 'in depth' tweaking of handlers. If i've missed something simple, feel free to pint me that direction. Ta Thanks for reading.
  7. Repeating Break Handler

@iFluffee Love you're work! I'm really surprised with the results though. For such a crucial anti-ban I'm surprised with the lack of flexibility. I know there is a lot of hard work into this application, so no criticisms intended. I'm just surprised. Thanks Again
  8. Repeating Break Handler

"You could set up the repeating break cycle you wanted" @iFluffee , Do I just enable 'repeat' on the last time entry? Will that repeat the whole break sequence? (Or just the last entry)
  9. Repeating Break Handler

Did anything come from it? Looks to be a dead discussion now. Id love to see this in action. Does Tribot have an API for adding personal 'add-ins' to the client itself? If so, it would be worth starting a project to re-develop the Break handler. Just a thought.
  10. @iFluffee I can give you a hand with your NAT+VPN if you need it. Amazing script. I haven't tested this, but I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 with LXDE-core installed. I set up my VMS last week.. Wish I saw this script then. It took me a while to work out how to get xllvnc to autostart. Since it's built for Debian, I'll assume this will work for Ubuntu server also? I might give it a run next server install. (I'd assume only repos would be different if anything)
  11. Importing mass bots

Hi guys, After some study, seems to be that there isn't an easy way to import a large amount of bots into the account manager. I currently have 500bot credentials in a text document formated: "email:password" I expect a high turn around rate suicide botting. I further expect to need to add another 500 in the near future. I realize the bots file is encoded so that we cannot easily read the usernames or passwords, so editing raw documents with a shell script is out of the option (I assume) Any scripts or methods for mass importing user accounts? Or, alternativly; has anyone found any quicker methods for adding accounts? Thanks for reading HackRain.
  12. Importing mass bots

Confirmed, AHK script was a winner! great job. as always.
  13. Druid - can I request a feature. I'd love to see the progressive woodcutting with a 'task feature'. The idea is to set it to WC until it's level 63 then starts yews and bank.. Or, have a task that power chops until level 40 then banks willows? Happy to contribute a donation for this.
  14. Importing mass bots

@iFluffee for the win! I just used a cloud storage solution to SYNC my windows machines to my management VM. This will happen automatically also! perfect. Ill take a look at the AHKscript and see how it goes
  15. mac bot help

Assuming 'it doesn't work' means the 'client never opens' -Check Java version is latest jre8. -clear Java cache -reboot. The more information you provide on your problem, the more accurate the answers.
  16. Downloading bot client, but can't find an executable?

I realise OP has found his answer but for anyone else reading in future: Linux users- This file can be oppened using the command: Sudo Java -jar TheNameOfTheFile.jar
  17. Importing mass bots

@Adventure_Time Not true at all, my 6/8 VMS are hosted on a dedicated VMware ESX host. Managing this VMS is tedious and can be slow. Well, as you know there is a lot of work everywhere.. And saving 15 minutes a morning is a major win for me(I plan on fireing up a lot more in the soon future so it's critical to have my method as automated as possible) I currently have internal network adapters on each VM, and I have a script that manuelly syncs all of the VM's tribot folder, so all of the servers share the bots, config and proxies ive purchased. (This means adding the accounts to one VM and all of them will have the accounts - win for automation) So yeah, it's quick because I only have to add the account into the account manager once! But; if I don't utelize the account manager, I lose out on the automatic accounts SYNC I built. The idea really is (in brief): Part 1: my mass ACC creater automatically creates accounts and dumps them to a file in the .tribot folder Part 2: my mass account importer (doesn't exist) imports the accounts into account manager from .txt file Part 3: files sync to all servers reducing labor. Part 4: private method for importing and cycling socks takes action. Part 5: private method to fire up scripts and have them complete tutorial island, then start the initial script. (Make money)(uses a fresh sock if needed) Part 6: mule collects - this currently is semi automated The full concept should be that the method runs itself mostly. And that I'll manage the infrastructure, without the need to "fiddle" with in game stuff. Any thoughts/on point of failure? I'd really like to be able to utelize the account manager it holds potential for my automation plans.
  18. Importing mass bots

@Butta - that's encoded. Thanks anyway. @HeyImJamie -not bad thanks! @Adventure_Time - also a good idea. I run three bots per client and about 6 to 8 clients (spread across VMS) The idea is for me to be able to quickly cycle through accounts and not have to re-add every day. Definitely feasable but not quite as practicle as I would like. Ha! AHK solves the world's problems again. @iFluffee . unfortunately I run my farm on a few headless Linux servers. So this one is going to be hard to implement since AHK is for the windows architecture (last I checked) I would have loved to modify and add to that AHK script. Ahhwell. Might be worth me developing a *nix equivalent for of your AHK script for the guys running mass bots on Linux (such as myself) I'll look into it. (Unless anybody else knows of something for linix?) Thanks for the help! IMO, it's worth actually having a mass account importer integrated into the client.
  19. @Usa Id happily donate in order to get this script assessed and amended. if you need any specific information in regards to the issue, please let me know.
  20. [P] OSRS account creator

Request: - create OSRS accounts. No tutorial island, no email verification needed. Description: I'd like a script made that creates accounts and outputs the email and passwords in a desired location in the format of "email:password" To beat the 'I'm a robot" implemented on the account creation page, it seems a different IP per account creation evades the need to fill out captcha. Perhaps we can load in our proxies to cycle through, or have it auto detect public proxies. I don't expect tutorial island to be complete, or anything other then a sound and reliable implemtation to create 'mass accounts'. Payment Amount: - $100USD Time: - Negotiable. Additional: - private for a few months preferred, however I'm sure a lot of people would benefit from this as a paid public script. Thanks for reading.
  21. [P] OSRS account creator

Just posting back for anyone else interested in this. DC cloud method for user creations is amazing. I have 500 active bots. I wouldn't think twice about it.
  22. Re-using the .tribot folder

Hi Guys, I'm pretty new to this community, I come from a background of IT-automation/Networking. My knowledge of Tribot is still quite minimal, So please bare with me. I've created a small Bot farm using an ESX server, running about 10 VM's. Each VM has been allocated about 2.5Gb od ram, and 4 cores (2.9GHZ) Ive then given each VM tribot a heap of about 1024, and allocated 3 tabs all running private purchased proxies. Im attempting to run a large bot farm, suicide botting. Ive noticed that the turn around rates of the accounts is pretty quick, about 4 days is the average life (with paid scripts and proxies) This is fine for a level 3 suspicious looking account i suppose. So the issue (ALSO TLDR) The amount of work that goes into importing mass accounts into each Tribot, into each VM every week is quite monotonous. I was thinking about running DFS or GIT to synchronize all the .tribot folders between the VM's so that i can simply manage one VM and the other 9 replicate. this will 1: Allow me to update proxies quickly 2: Add and remove bots from account manager 3: Keeps Break timers in sync Is it possible to share .tribot folders in this way or should i expect major problems? Alternatively, How else are other bot farmers managing LARGE bot farms? Some type of private automation must be included surely. Thanks Guys
  23. Re-using the .tribot folder

Hi Guys, I've managed to get this working. here is my findings. NOTE: I'm using ubuntu 14.04 server with lxde-core minimal install. Dropbox wasnt a good choice for 2 reasons 1: The default directory name is 'dropbox' and you cant it to .tribot, nor can you redirect dropbox SYNC to specify JUST the tribot folder. I tried fixing this with Symlinks, however Dropbox didn't play nicely. 2: Dropbox isnt Bandwidth friendly being cloud based. Since im using ubuntu, i decided to go with unison: https://www.howtoforge.com/setting-up-unison-file-synchronization-between-two-servers-on-ubuntu-11.10I created a local switch and an internally facing network adapter on each VM, and took advantage of Unison ability to synchronize files via ssh (no external bandwidth used) This is excellent, as it means newly created bots only need to be created and added on the 'management server' and then are replicated across all servers to be used by the next available VM/Tribot instance. I'll further report if i find any issues.
  24. Re-using the .tribot folder

Great news! Thanks for the confirmation. I'll report back upon completion so that if anyone else in future stumbles upon the same query, they will have an idea of what to expect. Thanks Guys.
