  1. Has anyone successfully utilized Gary's Hood Auto clicker with a Dwarf Cannon now that the repair is a single click? My attempts so far have not been 100% successful, and I haven't been able to pin point why exactly. At some point around the 20 minute mark the character or maybe the pointer moves. I always stand the toon directly under the Cannon base; that's what's worked best so far. When you click repair, the action of repairing the cannon does not move the character to a different square, nor does it move the mouse, but at some point it moves and throws off the auto click. I've thought maybe an imp flies by but I think I've ruled that out now as well. Still researching this, but if anyone has done any leg work and would like to share, I'd greatly appreciate it. It'd be nice to auto click AFK Cannon at Ogres 100% with JUST Gary's Hood or a simple keyboard macro. Cheers, All.

  3. Cool Script!
  4. I'll second that's it's rather easy to NOT get banned using this script. So long as you utilize breaks appropriately. I've lost one account using this script, however, I botted a few 18 hour sessions and then some; not a good idea. I have been using this script on a different pure as well, I bot in 3 to 7 hour increments with 3 or 4 breaks tossed around in there, ranging from 3 mins to 15 mins. Asher with his 23 hours a day sounds Ludacris, but I wouldn't doubt it. I always babysit. I wish I didn't have to babysit as much, and I feel that could be a possibility. Which is why I am here. I've trained at experiments quite a bit away from botting, and very quickly you discover people put in place these arbitrary, but fairly understandable and realistic bounds around the various npcs; generally grouped in 2's or 3's. Most people using this script don't need more than 2, but with higher strength levels and good bonuses, you can handle the spawn rate of three at time; but often two will hardly impact your xp/hour. This script currently does a poor job at sticking to these arbitrary bounds, and I think it can be an easy fix; which would greatly impact the amount of grief you get from nearby players. This is usually the ONLY reason people start talking to me, because I'm 'taking their experiment' in their area where a cluster of 2 or 3 spawn. This is really my only reason for babysitting; to talk my way out of the script running into this zone and attacking their npc. I understand this does add some technicality to training at experiments; if zones such as North East, and North West, or West West (The two that spawn on the back west strip) are options to choose on the drop down list, but I think it could be very useful to avoid these negative encounters with other players sometimes leading to reports. Anywho. Tri, you're great. Script's great. I appreciate what you do. I'm really just hoping to offer some useful insight. I'll be running the script until I'm banned. Attached is just another way I've talked my way out of 'stealing someone's goddamn experiment.'
  5. From my experience this is a fantastic script. Unfortunately a really good account of mine was recently banned using it, but its to my own fault for abusing how often I botted. This is the only bot I used at the time as well. I botted 85 to 91 str in roughly 4 days, 2 of the days hitting about 12-16 hours botting before being banned; the other two days about 6 to 10 hours of botting. Aside from sleeping and setting 4 hour alarms to wake up and check, I was almost always baby sitting and rarely hit 6 hour log outs, maybe had one. I mostly babysit to fend off people chatting around me, or to type in clan chat or the like. I had a bad feeling about botting so much in that short period of time but did it anyways. I also didn't do too much else on the account in those 4 days, such as pking, or actually playing myself; it was finals week and there was a lot of botting. Tip to newbs: It's very good to mix up activity on your account after a botting session. I will also mention this was my 2nd macro offense on the account, resulting in a perm ban, whereas my first offence was a 72 hour or whatever about 2 years ago. I've always been one to bot in moderation, either babysit entirely or 3 - 5 hour sessions and go pk for 2, or the like. I'll say it again, this is a great script, I'm currently still using it on a new account. I'm not bitter towards the developer to any extent. On the other hand, Jagex can fuck off for banning my nearly maxed 07 pure, and 10 year main for botting stats to improve pking, versus all these fucks gold farming. Best of luck with your studies, I'm also working on a CS degree, it's tough shit. Happy botting, everyone.
