  4. Nice job losing that weight. Some advice I have for you is make sure to get enough protein and essential fats (omega 3/6s). I actually lost quite a bit of weight doing this, along with biking around 10 km a day. Good luck with the future!
  5. Like Adderall, but way better. Gives intense focus and makes you feel awake whenever you take it. I personally have stayed up for 90+ hours while on it, working out 5-6 times without any sleep whatsoever. But yes, it also supresses hunger. It basically makes you feel like you've had an amazing sleep and makes you ready to do anything, except its way safer than things like Ritalin or Adderall It's the pill the movie Limitless was based off of, but don't expect it to completely flip your life or something. But I personally lost a bunch of weight on it, and then used it for energy to work out, worked wonders for me.
  6. Literally all pre workouts are the same. Best bet is to make your own. You of course have to start with the basics, or else the supplements do nothing, unless they're steroids. Start with 40-50g protein, a bit of carbs(20g), and fish oil for them Omega 3's and 6's. Some notable supplements that I've found useful for focus/energy in order from most effective to least: Armodafinil, BCAA, Creatine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, Phenylpiracetam, Noopept, Unifiram, Huperzine A. That's literally the best pre workout you're gonna find unless you're into using steroids. Edit: Forgot BCAA, but they're usually included in the protein I buy so I always forget to include them.

  12. I used to take c4, but now I just make my own because it's way cheaper. Creatine, L-Citrulline, Beta-alanine, Caffeine anhydrous, and some BCAA is what I use as pre workout. And Armodafinil trumps all if you can get your hands on it
